We stayed 4 nights at The One in Lisbon, and to be honest with the price tag we were expecting a much more luxurious experience. The room was extremely small, we could barely move and/or store our stuff there, literally no place to put the luggage... Because of that we couldn't even request housekeeping service throughout the entire stay, and no one from the hotel ever inquired why. The customer service was very mediocre, with no personal touch whatsoever. The only great characteristic of this hotel is the location - walking distance to all the great areas of Lisbon. If you want a truly luxurious experience in Lisbon, stay at the Corinthia - an amazing hotel with impeccable customer service. A little far from the city center however.

Hotel is just gorgeous! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel located in center of city so you can walk to restaurants, historical sites and shopping. One of my favorite hotels. I totally recommend it!

What a lovely hidden gem! This hotel is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was so nice, I didn’t want to go sightseeing, I just wanted to luxuriate in the big cozy bed. Rooms and bathroom were unexpectedly latge.

The hotel is gorgeous, old world. clean and welcoming. We would stay again. The breakfasts were some of the best we've had in Europe. Food was fresh and plentiful. We will remember The One fondly and will recommend it to our friends and family, for sure.

Beautiful hotel and good location. Unfortunately the customer service was quite horrible. The workers were rude almost all the time and they gave false information often. They also seemed annoyed when we asked questions, help or requests. Definitely not a nice experience to recieve as a paying customer.

The pool are and courtyard are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and the Bar is great for a nightcap.

Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though.

Beautiful hotel and spa. Friendly staff, good food, and great drinks. The room had a bit of an odd smell, but nothing that was too off putting. Large and spacious rooms and bathrooms as well.

Situated on a side street in the main shopping area, a walk to the water front. Beautiful pool top and dining patio. Large rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is beautiful. Newly updated, while keeping its original charm and character. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area, bathroom large and modern. Service was excellent, the restaurant serving all meals and drinks was large, beautifully designed and offered great food and drink options.
The only minor comment I'd have is the water pressure in the shower was weak and temperature not well controlled.

They did a good job renovating an old building for the hotel. Some rooms are just in an odd shape. Generally, if you do not plan to stay in the hotel whole day, it is a good hotel.

This is a lovely old palace in an excellent location in the old town. Breakfast is amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful.
However, because of where it is, there is a lot of building work going on around the hotel, which starts very early in the morning. I was surprised this wasn't mentioned.
We did not receive our welcome drink which would have been welcome after a delayed flight out.
However, overall, we had a great time in Lisbon and the hotel and the staff were very nice.
