Super nosy corridor as I was next to the door that you have near the lifts. I’ve never seen a hotel that has heavy fire doors to the lifts Swing swing bang late Into the night I barely slept

Just accross the street from Heathrow T2, quick check in and out, kind staff. The room was big and clean, the bed comfortable. Nothing fancy but the room was perfect a one night stay

Having stayed in two different properties when laying over at Heathrow, I think this is your go to property. The most convenient, comfortable and great service. It is part of Terminal two, and you can walk from T2 to T3 underground. It is not possible with other hotels.

It was a quick layover in Heathrow and we needed a few hours sleep and a shower. This was the perfect spot. Easy to get to, quite convenient and the staff was amazing, even at almost midnight. :)

Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake.

We were flying out of T3 however in future we'd avoid the Hilton Garden Inn. It's not a great hotel, it's ridiculously over priced and it's a good 20 minutes walk from T3. Not good with heavy luggage. It's not a simple walkway. It's through car parks, down lifts that it's very difficult to find the correct lift, just not great. Nothing like the hotels on the walkway to T4. There is no porter service. We were staying the night before a morning flight and we arrived in our taxi to a dingy back door. Our taxi driver showed us the lifts. You the. Go to the 2nd floor and queue at booths like in a Premier Inn or Travelodge. You get your key and the rooms are okay but pretty basic. No shower caps or excess toiletries, which for the night before a flight when you have every packed and for the absorbitant price they charge, is poor. We had booked a runway view room. Yes you could see the runway - just. Certainly not worth an upgrade. We possibly saw 3 planes, none of which were landing or taking off. We went to the restaurant and they refused to do any vegetable swaps unless we paid £6 for each swap. We refused. I don't eat carbohydrates and they had 1 side which was not a carbohydrate, so I wanted to swap the obligatory fries for that. They eventually agreed after getting the manager. We went to the top floor bar and the staff member who seated us was just getting us drinks menus when 4 loud American men arrived and she ditched us and seated them. I had to go and ask for a menu.

Resting at Airport Hotel LHR T2 for 8 hours picking up a relative arriving on a very late flight. The Hotel is very easy to find arriving with the Elizabeth Underground line at T2 via Farringdon Station, coming down from up north in England. There are clear direction signs, though some are small on the elevators to show the way to the Hotel through the outside car park! I was very impressed to find the Hotel without any hick-up! The hotel was amazing inside and I could take a shower and rest during my stay. We did not stay the night but took an Uber to our final destination in London. 5 stars for the Hilton Garden Inn LHR T2 all the way!

I had booked the Hilton Garden Inn T3 for my wife and I to stay at before our flight the next morning. As it was our honeymoon, I had asked for a bottle of wine to be in the room for when we checked in at the time of booking. I did not hear anything about this until the day before when I received a call and was asked which wine we would like. Upon checking in we were also told we had been upgraded and when we got to the room it was spacious and the bed was comfortable! The wine was on the table in a bucket of ice and the bed had rose petals and towels arranged in the form of swans. The Hilton team here was amazing and professional throughout our whole stay and made sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at T3 for anyone who needs a hotel before flying out of LHR.

One night stay before our flight home. Right at the terminal - just walked over for our flight. Very quiet - couldn't hear any planes. Great sleep.

We had one night in London and this was perfect after coming from Iceland with three large luggage cases! We rolled over from terminal 2 and could easily take the Tube. They held our bags when we came early and held our bags the next day when we checked out. The restaurant was delicious and the Runway bar on the rooftop was amazing!

Has what I expect from Hilton - comfort & good service. Room was quiet & dark. Temperature good. Hotel is conveniently located in Heathrow’s Terminal two. I can’t give them a good eco rating, though. Too easy to waste electricity by leaving lights on.

The only bad part is if you go from one terminal to another one in Heathrow airport is terrible! None of airport in the world like that. Every time transfer in LHR is a nightmare 😇😭

The hotel itself was good The food in the resataurant was poor. The steak and ale pie had been reheated to a point when it couldn't be eaten with the rest of the food on the plate and was still too hot after the rest of the plate was finished. Looking around there were lots of piesleft on plates!

I booked this one night stay in May. My plans changed since then and I forgot I’d made the booking. That’s my error, but I have received NO emails with information about my upcoming stay from the hotel or Hotels.com. Nothing since May. By contrast, I had email reminders from every other property on my itinerary booked via Hilton. Very disappointing. I won’t use Hotels.com again.

Perfect place to stay for early flight out of Heathrow. Don't forget the bar on the 14th floor plus the good food in the restaurant. Had connecting family room. We'll stay again if flying out of Heathrow.

I did not want or need an Accessibility room but they refused to change my room. There must have been a mistake or I made the mistake but either way— they should have kept that room open for someone who needed it. The cost of this room was outrageous!

No sounds from aircraft, great service, several room service options, and so nice to be able to walk directly to the terminals for departure.
