Very friendly staff. This hotel had a high class feel, while being very affordable. I requested an accommodation and was helped with out question.

Only complaint is the air conditioner wasn’t working properly

Hotel is located near shopping and great resteraunts. Customer service is A1 at this hotel.

For the most part, it was a good stay. I would take off a star due to the AC being loud (vibrating noise) and the shower head spraying all over the place, but it was right for one night

Piece of the bed frame was missing. Towels were super thin and bathroom rug was dirty. Wouldn’t stay there again. Nice staff.

The AC wouldn’t go below 71 but not too bad. However, not having the privacy curtain behind the sheer curtain was awful! We had the parking lot lights shining in our face all night and not to mention, I’m sure the Loop and parking lot got a show after showering. You could see straight into our room.

Decent hotel.

Absolutely love the family atmosphere! The pool table and large lobby seating area are great! I don’t like that dogs are brought in through the lobby near the food and coffee. Breakfast was iffy some mornings. Hotel ran out of bath soap in rooms and didn’t have any to replace it with. Hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating

Shower pan was dirty, and sink drained slowly. A/C would not regulate correctly.

Property was not bad. The first time stayed at a Tru property.

Tru was a great stay however it appeared our bathroom had not been cleaned/restocked from the previous guests. We had one towel. we told the front desk.

The stay was great did keyless check in which made it even better, room was ready early. Pool not working was a bummer

Pool was closed for maintenance… both ice machines were out of service.. laundry smelled horrible.. very disappointed will never stay at a tru by hilton hotel again

Been staying here for 3 years-but the last two trips - hotel isn’t being taken of. The needed to be cleaned better. One bed was missing footboard and my daughter hit the two pegs and hurt her knee. The frig wasn’t plugged in and so it wasn’t ready for cold food! Both ice machine weren’t working . I was told no one would come out and fix. I gave the lady name of a local company who fixes them. ( I have a family with a business in Lubbock got the name from him) The bathroom the gasket around shower door coming off so it leaks on floor. The hotel is very noisy at night and hard to get sleep. It’s really sad that hotel isn’t being taken care of. I know Hilton has standards- We will not stay there again .

Great place to stay, good breakfast and comfy beds

Enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton. Courteous staff, comfortable and clean room, easy parking, fair price, safe area of town, convenient location, spacious lobby/dining area - the works. Looking forward to another stay here on my usual weekend stints in Lubbock.

Stay was nice. Room is a little smaller than normal hotel room but otherwise comfortable. Bed was good but pillows felt flat. Shower had nice pressure. Lobby is large and had some family things to do. Breakfast is okay. Typical hotel. Coffee amazing.

Nice place to stay

The air conditioner didn’t work, and there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom.

There were no screens for the window and their solution was as to put sheets over it. The trash cans near the elevators on multiple floors were not emptied within the two days we were there. The hallways were also not vacuumed. Also our remote quit working before bed so they had to find another one and bring it at 1 am. Overall, I would never stay here. There was a wedding block so we just figured it would be ok but all the guests that stayed had many similar complaints. At one point they only had one person working at night dealing with issues and new check ins.

I loved the beds. I had an excellent night's sleep. The TV was large not the small 32-inch ones. Even though I didn't eat breakfast what I saw was great not the usual quick meal. I liked the shower instead of the bathtub shower combo. The only thing I didn't like was how you get your ice. The ice buckets were stacked on the floor by the ice machines instead of in your rooms. I will stay again when I go back to Lubbock.

Great clean room, very basic small workout room, out door pool. Breakfast had a variety of choices. I would stay here again.

Room cleaning service and towels change every 5 days, which is unacceptable ? No dining facilities, breakfast quantities and quality are very poor and minimum selections, coffee are always cold, computers in lobby are not operational. not sure where is the hilton standards are followed in this hotel, not returning for sure…

We always stay at the Tru when we come to LBK. Convenient location, great breakfast and clean! My kiddos are a huge fan of the pancake machine too 😁.
