Very basic. Very small room, no refrigerator or coffee … nothing. For $300/night, I would expect more. $31 for parking per night. Would not recommend.

Was very close to University of Arizona within walking Distance to restaurants, shops bars. Loved the rooftop pool.

Everything was great. The only issue I can state is the air conditioner was very loud and woke us up every time it kicked on.

Our room was very clean and comfy. We were very close to U of AZ where we were visiting. The rooftop deck/pool/bar was aesthetically pleasing. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel was easily walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

Loved the hotel, nice touches in the room; didn't love the valet parking or amenities. Parking advertised at $31 per day, which is steep; actually $34.74 with taxes and fees. Exceptionally high considering there wasn't an attendant present most of the time. Also didn't love paying $4.00 plus tax for a cup of coffee which is even higher than Starbucks.

I would definitely stay at the Graduate hotel again. It is in a great location near the campus, Main Gate Square, and the Sun Link tram. The hotel was clean and quiet. Highly recommend if visiting the U of A or downtown Tucson.

I was notified upon arrival the air conditioning was out. It was not fixed during my stay, in July in over 115 degree heat. I felt this was unacceptable.

They forgot to clean our room one day and we had to call for clean towels. Breakfast is a coffee bar and a couple of sandwiches for sale. Close to campus and amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the graduate but I didn't give them all five stars because the air conditioning was not working for almost an entire day while we were visiting. We managed and they did provide us with a reasonable accommodation for our experience. I would certainly stay again. The bar and bartenders are awesome on the rooftop bar.

Super nice and clean! The rooms are very unique, the rooftop pool was amazing you get a nice view of the city!
The only downside is that there is no parking available, valet parking is about 30dls, we were able to park down the street from the hotel on a public parking just paid about 16dls for 24hrs.
but overall a good place to stay, we felt very safe there!

Graduate Tucson is our favorite hotel to stay in Tucson. We like the decor a lot and the view from roof top pool is just incredible! Being able to walk to the restaurants around is nice too.
