予約したのですが、フロントの人がおらずどう受付するか分からなかった。 お風呂場が広すぎて落ち着かない。

部屋は清潔感もあり奇麗でした。

入室時に連絡が付かなかった。 ラブホテルの改装？併用？のようなので、正直びっくりした。 初めて利用する一般利用者には向かないと思いますが、、、。 入室口がわからりづらい等々 事前に分かっていればそれなりに好感が持てます。

綺麗で温泉付きが良かった。 朝食がおいしかった！

No elevator and far from train stations but front desk was helpful to arrange a taxi for us.

More than my expectation

I messaged a bit earlier before arrival that I need extra bed for my elder daughter and the receptionist there had upgraded me to bigger room which was more than enough to stay for 4 persons. Thank you so much. The room was very beautiful and satisfied me. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is one of the best hotel we have stayed in. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, the in-room onsen is great, everything is very clean and the staff is friendly. For us, the location is great as we have rented a car. it is close to Legoland and the Long-Island, Mitsui outlet. Breakfast is decent and is delivered straight to your room. although there are not a lot of restaurants close by, but they do offer delivery/take away service with a wide range of food. We are very happy to have stayed here. the rating on booking.com is rather low, so we are pleasantly surprised when we arrived. they deserve higher rating. Definitely close to 10 for us.

No public transportation and it is not easy to find taxi unless near Nagoya station. Unique building structure and very difficult to find entrance.
