Very good hotel for the money Desk staff was friendly and welcoming and made the stay better. Breakfast was good. Excellent location , very walkable Very quiet.

We want to send a special thank you to Evelyn at the front desk. She was so nice and welcoming. She was very patient with our dog when she knocked over the business cards on the desk. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Trip started off ok but on the last night around 1030pm we found a huge leak in the bathroom that was spreading into the actual room. A pipe had sprung a large leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. When I made the front desk aware of this they simply said they said they could not offer another room as the hotel was sold out. The leak spread and began to leak onto the furniture in the room. While I understand that these things happen, I imagine they do not happen often. That being said there was no apology given at checkout nor some type of voucher or credit given for the major inconvenience especially since one of the guest in our room had to be up at 4am to catch a flight. I’m not a complainer but I had to something given the lack of empathy shown.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Be aware they are doing some remodeling in the common areas. Our beds were very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. I would definitely stay here again. Evelyn (at the front counter) was very sweet and friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel fair but the bagels were really good and the bacon was crispy.

The walk-in shower was awesome, and the room was spacious -- king bed, a desk with a chair, and a sitting area.
The location is great. It's right in downtown Bethlehem, and there is plenty of parking.
My one complaint was the pillows. We had a bunch of very small, very squishy pillows, and I prefer the regular-sized ones. I'd be comfortable going back though.

We stay here every time we visit family in Bethlehem. This hotel has a great breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable & clean rooms, and within walking distance to much of the south side. Price is fair and parking is convenient.

I had a hard time reaching the front desk via phone. I called a number of times over on different occasions and finally ended up walking to the front desk.
My room had hairs in the sink, on the bathroom floor, and on the walls.
My tub was backed up so the water drained very slowly during my shower.
The water from the top floor dripped down into my bathroom. The water ended up soaking my toilet paper and the bathroom floor.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The area around the hotel was a little worn down.

Property was immaculate, convenient to walk to multiple places, less than 10 minutes from the Wind Creek Event center. The lady who's checked us in, her name was Evelyn, and she was marvelous.

Room smelled of cleaning products but found long hairs on floor and sink. Faucet handle on sink kept falling off and could only get cold water in sink. Shower in the morning was luke warm

Property needs to be updated. Bed was good and the Rooms were relatively clean, but the bottom frame of the doorway in the bathroom was rusted out and the shower head needed to be cleaned and declogged.

My wife and I were there for the Musikfest. We were told you would have shuttles to the venues, but there is very poor communication and one night had a walk back. The Continental breakfast was below averaged. We tried to go to the restaurant one night and stood there for 10 minutes. No one came over to us, and dirty tables everywhere.

The rooms were old, dark and gloomy. Ants in the bathroom floor. Bed sheets had stains, carpet had stains, window blinds had stains. The room door was two small for the space. You could actually see through the door from the middle of the room. The 2nd lock on the from door looked like it was forced open. Who ever owns this hotel really needs to invest in its infrastructure. I’m in PA a lot. I will never stay at this hotel again.
