Very clean,safe hotel and a amazing veiw. please under stand that parking is $50 a day! I had a renter car but took it back the next day . I decided that uber would be cheaper and it was .

Our stay was good overall. There was a towel shortage but it was accommodated.

The service was amazing. The hotel was right across from the beach and within walking distance of tons of places to eat.

This was the second time staying here and it was great. We had an issue with the room they gave us and they immediately moved us to a new room. Staff was friendly, room was clean, wonderful time.

i stayed because it advertised a good rate, when i got there i was charged more for the undisclosed fees than the room cost . $45 dollars plus tip on top of that to park my car in a near empty lot across the street in off season, then another $50 resort fee for items i didnt want or use…they bragged about the free two beach chairs i could use when i was by myself checking in after dark and checking out the next morning…their so called gym was a joke and wierd unusable equipment and the pool was behind the building boxed in by walls and a building with no windows . who would want to hang out in a pool with no view or breeze when a beautiful ocean is on the other side of the building. pretty much a scam to bait a switch on their good room fees only to be sabataged by the bogus resort fees. its a shame, because the hotel staff and room were nice,,,but the bait and switch on the cost was a big disappointment.

Great service , nice rooms , close to beach, stores

First of all, I had a great time. Secondly, there is NOOOO PARKING AT THE HOTEL. VALET ONLY $55 for overnight. Thirdly, I paid for the package to include breakfast and was still charged an additional cost for breakfast.

Great service and accommodating

Best experience by far. Went with my mother for a 4 day stay. Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Very attentive and informative. Jet was knowledgeable and friendly, she went above and beyond to make our stay very conformable. I highly recommend this hotel. The beach was walking distance. The room had a nive oceanview and the food at the restaurant was delicious and huge portion. The staff there was extra nice as well. I have to give thanks to the managers at the Sonesta for making our stay one to remember and for allowing us to check in early. We will definitely be back. Thank you staff at the Sonesta. Until we meet again

Sonesta is simply wonderful! I picked it due to the prime location, knowing nothing else. The menu and drinks were great. But what blew me away was the staff. They were incredible! They remembered my name, went above and beyond to take care of me. Shenoya, the manager, was so kind and always made sure I was comfortable. The bar staff - Cory and Andy - were so friendly and funny! Gave great tips on where to go in the town. I met great people from the US and Canada. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers a comfy bed/room, wants an ocean across the street, but highly prefers the accommodation of a great hotel team. Thanks, Sonesta! The stay was fine. Many homeless people hanging around outside. Didn’t not feel safe. Did not like that we were charged $55.00 for parking and then taxed a resort fee and taxes on top of it. The fees that are attached to the room is ridiculous. Rented 2 rooms at a hundred and fifty five dollars a night, a grand total with all of the taxes of $455.00. Will never stay there again.

Amazing hotel

This property was very nice and the staff were very helpful. We have a cruise booked off next year so we already know where we will be staying.

We have stayed here many of times. Shanoya at the front desk is always so pleasant and attentive!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. From the front desk, to cleaning staff to restaurant were all great. The property is a great location, close to the beach, some restaurants and shops in area within walking distance. It’s also close to a big mall and about 20 monure drive to the inter Miami stadium. The pool area was always clean and great temperature. Small thing but gym equipment needed to be updated/ fixed but not a big deal.
