Nasty dirty rooms

This place is definitely overpriced and not worth it. The outside is not appealing and everything looks old and not well kept. When I arrived I was instantly disappointed and regretted making the reservation. I asked about breakfast. I was promised a full hot breakfast but instead got powdered eggs and watered down gravy. The biscuits you had to put in the toaster to warm yourself and there was no meat/ bacon or sausage of any kind. Definitely disappointed and will never stay here again. I feel like I wasted my money and paid top dollar for a low budget motel. I would never pay more than $60 to stay at a hotel of this quality.

Staff friendly, Lilyana got us quickly in checking in. Room was clean. Free breakfast was ok. Upon check out, hotel rep explained that the $100 security deposit will be refunded back to the bank card used within 7-10 days.

They need new bathrooms ..but. its okay. !

Our Safety Director called it in and I have 3 guys in two different rooms covered in bites as well as photos of the bug one of them killed. There has been no concern placed on customer service or well-being in this situation, only verification. No assistance was offered, not even a new room. I reached out to your team in the morning and heard nothing back until I reached out in the afternoon. I was told it would be looked into by maintenance and that was it. My team left yesterday and there was absolutely a bug problem. As I said before, I want the last two nights credited back to the card

I liked the place. The staff are really friendly, the breakfast is great and I had a blast going to the pool. I highly recommend it.

Could be a very nice place, the location is ideal, however the hotel caters to people with addictions and it noticeably drags the place down.

The people at the front desk are super nice and helpful. The check in process was quick and we got our key and went our room. When we got there and walked in we immediately knew it hadn’t been cleaned. The bedding was piled up, no shower curtain, and there was bits on trash and sticky stuff all over the tv stand and desks. We went down and told the front and they immediately put us in a new room. The new room was clean and didn’t have a problem until I went into the bathroom where there was a long trail of ants. The carpet was so dark there was no way of knowing if there were ants anywhere but in the bathroom area. I called down to the office to let them know. They said they appreciate me letting them know and it was probably just because of the weather. Besides that we didn’t have any other issues.

I had the worst experience with the manager by the name of Jajaune He was extremely rude when I tried to let him know about issues I had in the room like not having clean sheets which I had to go purchase and hair in the shower and sink clearly not cleaned properly. he replied thats not my problem very rudely and proceeded to answer and answer the phone making faces as he replied to customers over the phone like annoyed and not acknowledging that I was standing in front of him! When I told him I wanted my receipt he said I had to wait because he was the only one there. I asked him for his name and he refused to tell me his name so I had to get a card! I filed a complaint with corporate and I will follow this to the end because I have never dealt with such a disrespectful person that guy is on a complete power trip and should not be dealing with customers worst yet manage the place when he clearly doesn’t care! Who else would I contact if I had issues when the person in charge of resolving then refuses to do so and says it’s not his concern because he wasn’t working at that time it happened! I would always stay there for my business trips and so did my company but never again! Very disappointed in the service and treatment received. 👎 and to top it off he is the one responding to the reviews like he genuinely cares and believe me he doesn’t!

We had a very unpleseant experince. A drunk guy by the pool started making obscene gestures to our family. We contacted the front desk because there was no security around but they didn't do anything. Would not recomend

Bugs on the floor due to open air pockets under the front door. Rug completely soaked around the air unit. Unknown how it got there. Maybe a leak or rain from a previous day.

The place was okay-clean, but the rooms were old, needed updating. A worn out room can only be so clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine.
