The free breakfast was well worth it! Great place to rest, recharge and refuel.
The pool was VERY cold but in this weather I’m sure that’s welcome. Could use a hot tub.

My only issue with the room was that there were no USB charging ports.

Excellent front desk personnel at checkin, truly concerned with our comfort and convenience. The room was crisply clean. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped with real grass for pets. Rooms were well insulated so late checkins and rooms with pets did not disturb us.
The breakfast offerings were really good, fresh, with both hot and cold offerings, very good scrambled eggs.
The workout room was equipped with treadmills and a bike, very clean space.
Families were using the pool and having fun.
We had a dog and he was greeted and treated with respect, a treasured guest.
Excellent hotel, would stay again.

Had to switch rooms due to the first room having sugar ants on the bed and everywhere else.

Rooms ready on time and they were clean. Breakfast was great. The person there was attentive to any item out and greeted everyone who entered the dining area

Pet friendly rooms are horrible. Missing knobs.. Floor planks with huge gaps. Wall paper coming undone. Bathroom fan makes loud grinding noise after awhile. Just bad.

Room 225 had long black hair on the bathroom and entryway floor. Both my son and i are blondes, so it was not our hair. The wallpapers were bubbling and pulled from the wall. The beds were ok. The pool was dirty and in need of rehabbing. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and kind.

It is not the cleanest, there were ants all over the room and the carpet was pretty dirty. It was fine for just putting your head down after a long road trip, but I would not have stayed for longer than we did. Some of the other reviews were definitely misleading.

Hard to find parking when coming in late at night but was given permission to park in a certain location. Would recommend here to stay.

After staying for one night, I noticed ants all over the dresser in between the beds. I got bit realizing now in the middle of the night under the sheets. Went to check out in the morning and I mentioned to the front staff about the ants and the person checking us out said yes they have an ant problem especially on the 1st floor. I was in room 127. The shower was nice however excess water from the shower spilled out onto the floor. The water reached the carpet to the bedroom and made it feel wet and damp.

Overall nice stay. Pet friendly room right by an exit door was convenient. Room had ants though, woke up to my brownie covered in ants. Staff was friendly.

Only spent one night as usual. Accomdations are good and the free breakfast is a greatly appreciated touch. We will definitely stay here on our trip to Portland OR. And there is a very good Dills Deli just around the corner up the street.

No hot tub but when I searched for properties and used hot tub as a filter this hotel came up. Location is next to highway, in industrial part of town. It was ok.

This was a good spot for a quick overnight stay. One suggestion would be new pillows.

We enjoyed our stay. The girl working the breakfast, made sure the food was replenished immediately. She was very kind and attentive to all guests.

We got their biggest room and it was PERFECT for my family of 6! 2 adults. 4 kids. We ALL fit and slept great. Room was cleaned perfectly! Kids loved the pool of course! Everyone was very friendly and polite!

Both the front desk & breakfast 👍👍the room not so much it smelled stains on the carpet & dirty floors & by far the worst & most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept in my husband found himself sleeping in our truck All in all it needs updating. Probably will never stay in a best Western again Good luck.

Pol was good, location good, quiet.
Shot glasses were not cleaned, not "kitchenette" , nor refrigerator. Hot plate and tiny mini frig. AND toilet plugged, but after much effort, right before I called, I unplugged it. The bed OK but who has to climb over to get out?

Unfortunately there were several things in our room that were in poor repair, the closet door was off the track and the pool area was not as shown in the property photos.

Comfortable room with plenty of space ! Freeway was outside the window but never heard any traffic noise. Will stay again on my next visit to Shasta Lake area !!!
