I stayed in 202. The floor above me squeak from the guest upstairs. And I’m not one to complain, but for hours each evening, night and morning the floorboards from above me squeaked. Terrible. Also the maid did not service the room 2 of the 4 days so was there.

When we arrived at 11:30pm and got into our room, we quickly realized that the sheets on the bed had not been changed. Yuck!!! We called the front desk, and the staff changed it immediately, and apologized profusely. The next morning, when taking a shower we realized that there was a used open soap left in the shower. So, overall the housekeeping service at this hotel was horrible.

It was super loud. Harley Davidson dealer nextdoor and interstate I-5. Room was big and reasonable. But too loud to sleep there

Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. Ruth was excellent, preparing the dishes and making sure the items were promptly replenished. She should be commended.

I am a light sleeper and the receptionist foun a nice quiet room for us. Very nice. The elevator seems to be the one in the past hotel. It works but is slow and makes a lot of strange noises. Maybe some WD40?

Recently renovated motel with great staff and some needed tweaks.

I don’t think this hotel has been opened long as a Holiday Inn Express. It looks like it was bought and remolded. Even though the hotel is totally renovated they don’t seem to be ready for opening. The elevator sounded like it was on its last legs. There is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel and its wheels are about to fall off. The breakfast was horrible. It is open until 9. We got there at 8. The oatmeal was gone, the pancake machine was broken, the cinnamon rolls were dried out and hard, the omlets were inedible, the hash browns were rock hard, there was no cream cheese for the bagels and the orange juice was empty. The room howere was nice and roomy and very clean. Once they get their act together it would be a good place to stay, until then, I can’t really recommend it.

The staff made the stay amazing! They were attentive kind and thoughtful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was large. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The continental breakfast was really good and they had different options each day we were there.

Away from dining areas. Clean enough. Food choices were acceptable.

Staff was super friendly and willing to help. There were some problems with the computers and it was a little rough around the edges, but it was clean.

It was nice being greeted by the receptionists when I was coming and going! I liked just about everything about the hotel except for my actual room — the noise coming under the door and on the wall at the head of the bed.. the room (115) is just off the breakfast and general open area and the reception. I heard the frequent sound of an elevator, a mechanical sound clicking off and on constantly in the night. And then there’s the noise that comes under the door at all hours as well. There were people speaking very loudly after 10 PM and in the morning it sounded like suitcases being rollied by.

The housekeeping staff did not clean our room during our stay. Management did not even try to make it right. I only got an apology and an excuse.

Great customer service, clean rooms, continental breakfast. Nuff said.

Disappointed in the front desk staff mostly. One gentleman made along rambling speech about how my last name should be my first name and that my last name wasn't a common last name? It's my name get over it. We checked in and after getting to our room we were subjected to fighting, yelling and swearing for more than an hour next door. When checking at the front desk they didn't seem to have an option to move rooms and just called the room without asking me what I was comfortable with. They didn't check up on me or my family afterwards nor offer any apologies or alternative options. My kids didn't need to hear that language for so long. The front desk staff could be more approachable, friendly and generally considerate

Had Ants in my room during the duration of the stay. The room was sprayed and sheets were changed but couldn’t switch room and they came back.
