we stayed there for the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was not working.

The bed was comfortable and both rooms were clean. I never change rooms but I had to here. The shower was broken and I couldn’t get hot water. The hair dryer in the second room didn’t work. I was not planning on having breakfast but I was annoyed that while I waited for the elevator, the breakfast woman spotted me and quickly turned off the lights even though food was still out

Property seemed ran down a bit. Could not get the hot water to come on in the shower and didn’t have time to call and wait for maintenance. Owners or Quality Inn Corp really need to spend time in these locations.

The floors were probably the worst. Our shower had hair from the previous people and the towels were not very clean. I used the restroom closer to the lobby and the toilet had a ring from someone that possibly threw up and hadn’t been cleaned for days.

Absolutely horrible! Check in was fine front desk was fine. The room had dog hair all over the couch. Pulled the bedding back and pee stains all over the comforter, bugs all in the corner of room looks like it was never swept vacuumed, the remote had no back was taped up the phone was unplugged scotch tape all over the walls. Looked like blood splatters on the wall.called the front desk asked if they could come change the bedding was told no that it’s 11pm and no one could help.. she came n brought sheets that’s it. Found what looked like bed bug shells and a dead one. We left I was not going to let my kids stay. I wasn’t offered another room ether. Definitely want all or some of my money back since. I was unable to sleep in the room

The room itself was fine for a short stay. Some damage to the walls but good AC. The very thin walls made me happy I packed ear plugs. Breakfast had delayed oversight and I had to wait 40 minutes for the coffee to be refilled and it tasted watered down with little caffeine. Pool and hot tub not working. Maintenance was loudly hammering something in the restroom next to mine which limited how relaxing my bath was.

Got to the hotel around 9pm after a 5hr drive when I approached the front counter nobody was available until I yelled out “is anybody here” a young lady approached from the back (not sure what she was doing “sleeping “ ) got checked in rooms lobby area floors were dirty thought what is the room going to look like. Room was clean and comfortable would stay there again overall good value

The hotel is in an excellent location where one can get anywhere in the city fairly quickly. The decor is nice and reasonably up to date. Unfortunately, the ice machine that is located right around the corner from the elevator was leaking enough that the staff could not keep the floor dry. The fall hazard should have been a maintenance priority.

The only problems were that the hotel cards could demagnetize, the dirty shower head, and the door for my bathroom scraping the floor and could not open all the way.

The hotel seemed rundown. The room we were assigned was disgusting. First, the door handle was broken. Anyone could’ve just walked right in. The minute we opened the door, the smell of cat pee was super overwhelming. To the point where my daughter threw up, and I was gagging. We left immediately. The front desk lady actually walked up to check on the room, made a face due to smell, and walked out. She changed our room only because I threw a fit. I would never stay at this property again. It’s so gross!

The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the friendliness of the staff. The front desk had difficulty hearing when i called from my room and offered to come up to know why i was calling - To me that was above and beyond my expectation

Very comfortable bed. We slept well and awoke refreshed. The room was clean, cool and relaxing . Excellent breakfast, we love waffles, and the eggs were cooked perfectly.

Front desk was very slow and confused. Refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn’t work.
Breakfast was cold, no gravy and had to ask 2x for more. Then it was white water, thin and runny. Coffee was weak and cold.

Upon arrival floor at entrance of the room was sticky, I asked housekeeper if possible to mop area and she ignored the request and only put a towel in the bathroom. Evening clerk was rude. Same items for breakfast the whole week we were there. Duvet was ripped with filler coming out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard.

The whole experience was horrible. First of all I accidentally booked this place. When u tried to change my booking to the correct hotel I was told I couldn’t do so. So, forced to stay where I didn’t want to, I was prepared to keep my end of the deal. Went to check in and the rude clerk told me they needed a credit card on file for “incidentals”. So I complied, handed over my chime debit card and was told it wasn’t acceptable. Neither were my other 4 cards. Not only did I not get to stay, I wasn’t even refunded my money.

Staff was nice & check in was fast & easy & bed was comfy!!!! Couch in room had stains EVERYWHERE….floor was filthy!!!! Like if you stood in 1 spot for too long you literally had to peel your shoe off the floor!!!!! Pool area was meh with no pool towels & very few pool chairs. 1st floor hallway was continuously wet from back & forth to the pool & wasn’t mopped at all during my 2 day stay.

Very clean, ac was super fresh compared to another hotel i was at that was having trouble cooling. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

The stay was okay. They could have had a better breakfast. The floors in the lobby needed to be cleaned. Could not use the key to get into the backdoor. There was a dead bug in the room.

Bed covers were really dirty on both beds, blood stains, yellow stains, some dark brown stains and make up stains looks like they don't change it everyday really nasty, I always check the beds, so please people if you stay here please please check the blankets and sheets, I called the front desk and asked for clean blankets the lady told me that they didn't have any more till the next day, it was too late to go find another hotel and we were really tired, we slept with no blankets

Costumer service was poor. No fresh towels , was told no towels was available had to be washed Ana that was the next morning.

We had to move rooms 2 times due to issues. Room 1- stained carpet, window didn’t close or latch, refrigerator didn’t work
Room 2- air conditioner didn’t work
After that, the front desk employee and I searched rooms on the 2nd floor. The refrigerator didn’t work in the first we looked at. We finally found one that had all items in working order. Unfortunately, the floor of the bathroom had a spot of feces.
Breakfast and pool were fine.
We will not stay there again!!!

I love that our room was on first floor and I could see my vehicle right out side my window. Staff on check in was amazing.
