Absolutely disgusting filthy property. We had 2 rooms and both were extremely dirty. In one room the toilet would not flush, the door would not lock & the ceiling in the bathroom was wet & leaking. The towels were dirty in both rooms & the floors looked like they were never cleaned. These rooms were $350 per nt each! We also were scammed by their FREE shuttle service from the ap to the hotel-not FREE as advertised. One driver charged $40 cash for 3 people the other driver charged $5 pp. Front desk useless no help whatsoever. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We had a reservation for a one night. I was told our room would be ready by 3 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and was told our room wasn’t ready and was told to sit in the lobby and wait. We waited over 1 hour and had to ask again if our room was ready. Finally it became ready. What a disappointment and not a good way to start our vacation. Doubt we will ever stay with your group again.

Good location. The lobby area, food area and pool were clean and presentable. The room was absolutely disgusting. Urine on the side of toilet and dried to the floor plus the room had a horrible smell. The shower walls were dirty and you could clearly see in the light that the floor hadn’t been mopped. I stayed across the street one week prior and that hotel was far better. They also advertise laundry facilities but they mean you have to walk across the street to the dirty laundry mat. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere. I’m surprised they don’t have more bad reviews.

Filthy dirty floors wipe before once with the towel and that's how filthy dirty it was it was disgusting the carpet in the Halls was even worse!

The decor is basic but spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. But the thing that sets this property apart is the staff. They went above and beyond to be helpful. My room
Was not ready for check in until late so they offered me a late check out the next day which was nice because my flight was in the afternoon. The shuttle driver was very courteous and took me directly to the terminal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needed an overnight before a flight or cruise.

Great stay, but the door was extremely hard to open and close. What was even more surprising is this was ADA accessible room, so if I have having issues with the door I could only imagine what ADA person or elderly person would have went through.

The room was not that clean. It had sand on the bed. The bed was very very uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for different pillows and never received them over all the place was not that clean. The elevators was not working on the day we checked out and we had so much luggage, the people at the front Was nice

We had room 102 right beside the check in desk, it was surprisingly quiet in spite of the location. The odd thing is it felt the bed is at the wrong side of the room. When the door opened, people in the hallway could look in and see whoever is on the bed. And when lying in bed you're looking at the only window which has no black out blind and the street light in the parking lot staring at you all night long.

I would definitely stay at this property again. It was clean, convenient, and in a nice area. The staff were wonderful. Our flight was delayed so they let us stay later. It was so nice not to have to worry about checking out on time. Thank you!

Only thing I did not like was the way the kitchen staff EYED every piece of sausage one would take or the juice that one would pour. She watched EVERYONE & EVERYTHING done while getting breakfast. It was quite annoying!!

Room was fine, but I was given conflicting information about the airport shuttle. The inbound driver said that the shuttle the next morning would run every 15-20 minutes to the airport. At 10:10am at checkout I was told the next shuttle wouldn’t arrive until 11:00am, so I had to pay for an Uber.
As my Uber arrived at 10:30am, the shuttle arrived too. Terrible organization and communication.

A few issues, the pool was not clean and there were no pool towels, the AC didnt work in the gym, a maid tried to force her way into our locked room (physically hit the door against the door stop on the wall), and the grounds on around the hotel.was littered with trash. The shopping ctr beside the hotel is sketchy - dirty, filthy stores, drug addicts - rough area to have a hotel in. If we knew the area, we would'nt have booked. Also, the hotel policy to cancel is to charge for one nights' stay. Book in Dania Beach if you travel to Ft Lauderdale, 13 min away from this area, beautiful resort area.

Very nice. Convenient to the airport, friendly staff, HUGE ROOM. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pool was great! The bathroom fan was so loud it sounded like a plane taking flight in your room. Not a huge issue.

Everything was good but the reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is that they way overcharged for my pet.
They charge $75 for a pet for a four night stay. Even though we stayed only one night they still charged $75. That’s not right!
