The place is pretty convenient. However, we found a piece of hair in their towel before using it. Their breakfast was lack of choices and pretty bad quality for a 5 star hotel. Pretty overpriced

Excelente hotel. The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Would love to visit the hotel again. Everything was perfect. Great apartment. No issues. Beds & sofa were very comfortable. Ac was cold, perfect. Refrigerator was cold, freezer was cold, it could freeze your water if you wanted to, great size of refrigerator. Very spacious. Outlets were suited to universal. Everything was on point.

Spacious and conveniently located in the heart of Lujiazui with excellent view of the surrounding business district. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance in the IFC Mall and the Super Brand Mall across the road. Metro lines 2 and 14 are right at the doorstep. Check-in was efficient but front desk could have been more forthcoming by highlighting the facilities available within the premise. We were not informed and had to self-discover.

I have stayed at IFC several times and have to say this time it is quite disappointing. The receptionist are not polite to me. I feel i was treated with no respect when checking in. The room toilet bidget is broken and has remained broken even after i requested maintaince. I have to close the cover for toilet or there is a bad smell coming out of the pipe.
Breakfast area stuff is nice as always though.

Excellent place like a home when travelling. Love the swimming pool. Kitchen and washing machine with drying function in the apartment are highly appreciated.
The kitchen even provide dish washing liquid. It would be great if they can also provide a dish washing scrub. No complaints at all.

It is above a very high end mall with luxury shops and restaurants, metro is also underneath, which is only 2 stops to the People's Square. Fantastic view of the Bund from the footbridge of the hotel. Taxi to everywhere is also very cheap.

Very nice business hotel at central location, in connection with IFC mall many opportunities for dining and shopping. Direct access to subway. Rooms are spacious and cooking equipment and coffee machine are available. No need to book the breakfest, it is not worth the money.

Hotel room is designed poorly. Hairdryer power plugs into a socket inside a drawer which cannot be opened without hitting the toilet. Smoke detector is installed above the bed and flashing lights every second. Other than this, everything else is good in terms of facilities, services and cleanliness.

We stayed for 4 nights in Shanghai and everything was fantastic. The room and bathroom was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful and attached to a great mall. The service was superb. Anything we asked was done IMMEDIATELY! Five Star! Home away from home!

Perfect location for shopping and walking around, the rooftop swimming pool was amazingly clean with a beautiful view of the landscape. Suite was quite cozy and spacious, shower was really powerful. The living space on 3rd floor is connected to the IFC mall so it's quite convenience to walk around
