My family of 6 stayed for a one-night layover flying back from a 3 week international trip. We needed a hotel with a shuttle because we weren't bringing car seats. We didn't realize that the shuttle wouldn't pick up in the international terminal so we had to take an airport shuttle to the domestic terminal before we could be picked up. That meant loading all of our kids, luggage, and stroller in and off shuttles more than expected. In addition, my husband had to stay back at the airport for the driver to return for him and some of our luggage because the shuttle is a large van and not a shuttle bus. Thankfully, the hotel is super close to the airport so the shuttle didn't take long to get my husband to the hotel to join us. The drivers we had going to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning were both great as well, but could definitely use a bigger vehicle. All of the hotel staff were also super friendly and helpful and the room we had was clean and comfirtable. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful and well maintained as well. Overall, it was a welcome respite on our journey home.

What a horrible place to stay. I checked in after a long stressful flight. I got to my room and was ready for bed, and pulled the sheet back and had dried up blood on the sheet. I addressed this with the front desk. They were apologetic and gave me a fresh sheet to put on. The lady at the front desk offered me a free night of the 2 night stay. I confirmed with her the next day. 11 days later I have not received a credit. Big business always taking advantage of the consumer. I would have been good without her offering a free night and not following through.

The check in host was absolutely sweet! Wonderful hospitality! Me and my bf stayed there for 2 nights. The only thing was the slow internet accessibility and the cleanliness of the shower(had a few dirty spots). I liked the fact the hotel was tucked away from the main road but still very close to everything.

Nancy & Timberly are amazing front desk agents. The staff was so friendly & accommodating. Best tasting breakfast buffet. Shuttle bus driver was courteous & loaded our bags. Overall we had a great experience.

Seems fine. First night was decent. Had to ask for more pillows as it says sleeps eight, but really only slept 6.
Otherwise was great.
We booked our return night because our was nice, but more issues. 3 lights were burned out and we couldn't turn them on. The sink outside the bathroom did not allow to change the water temperature because it was loose, although you could change it if it was off.
1 remote for 2 TVs, but did not work.
The pull out couch did not have sheets or blanket available in the room, so had to ask. Also more pillows, because the same as above.
Loved the blackout windows, decent breakfast but waffles would be nice!
Probably would stay again. Nice staff and responsive.

The sofa sleeper was broken in our room so the staff quickly changed us to a different room just next door so changing rooms was easy. I really appreciated the kind staff. The pool is small. It was clean and the kids had a great time playing together in the indoor pool. The breakfast is mid, like most free breakfast at hotels. I wish they had had fresh fruit while we were.

We had an issue with our room not being completely functional but the staff provided us with with an additinal room. Overall the place wss dated, but functional. The airport parking is a little pricey at $15 per night, but again, functional.

It is a very nice room
My kids were excited to have the pull out couch and watch tv but there were no linens or sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. Then they were very disappointed that the remote didn’t work and no one seemed to care enough to solve that problem.

I’m very happy with my stay. I booked the King Suite. Room was clean and spacious, bed was an awesome sleep. The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the shower which showed some either dirt or signs of mold thankfully I brought shower shoes. Parking lot was safe and secure. I returned after a late evening to parking lot security who wouldn’t let me in without checking my credentials which I really appreciated because the surrounding area is a little shaky and busy so I felt safe to park my rental car there. Staff was friendly. Convenient location to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Outside and lobby was fine and clean. Desk help was very nice. Room was not so good. Furniture was old, no sheet on pull out mattress. It was cleaned but everything was old. Door looked like it had been attempted to be broken into. It would not very secure.

I visited to close out spring break with grandkids. Not what I expected for the name Hilton. The pool was indoors and small. The water was murky one day and the next day it was so full of chlorine it burned yours eyes upon entering the room. Room size was great

Everyone that we had interacted with had been very kind to my family and I. I can’t specifically remember her name, but a lady - possibly by the name of Tamara - with the first letter of her name being T, was in the front desk and she had been especially kind to all of us. The service and the rooms were very good.

The only complaint I have with this hotel was that the pool was abnormally cold, as well as the pool room itself. My son couldn't enjoy the pool because it was too cold. Also at the end of the night we went to pull the sofa bed out and it was broke, no blankets or sheets and the mattress was filthy. Told the lady at the front desk and she could care less however, she did offer us fresh covers and linens. In a pinch, I would stay again.

Room was not clean and had roaches. The bathroom had empty body wash and lotion bottles in the shower nothing was stocked. We booked a room with a tub do to to having small kids and needed up with a handicap shower that wet the whole bathroom floor and my daughter slipped and fell and hit her head on the floor because it was so slippery. I don’t think that would be good for someone that was actually handicapped. Only thing that was good was the airport shuttle but it was a van and had limited space for our family and bags.

The hotel room furniture was gross. Nasty stains on the couch, and chair. The couch cushions were sunk down into the bars of the hide-a-bed. We laid blankets on the furniture to feel comortable sitting. We had a 2 bedroom suit and there was one chair and the couch. 2 chairs at the kitchen table. There were 7 of us. The place slept 8.
Staff was very friendly and the rest of the place looked nice. The hotel food was okay according to my family. They all said something was up with the eggs but they had muffins, cereal, juice and milk which no one complained about. The elevator was SOOO far away from the room. They only had one elevate on each side of the hotel but they were far away from most of the rooms. such a different layout for the elevators. I think that was magnified because of having a mom who struggled walking far, especially after hours of being in the car.

Overall our stay was decent. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a party of six and needed to use the pullout bed from the couch, however the hotel did not have extra pillows so two had to sleep with no pillows. The cleanliness of the room was lacking upon our arrival. The quality of breakfast was wonderful.

I want to start by saying the front desk staff was amazing. So what I am about to say does not involve them, they were the best part of our stay. Queen beds were hard and uncomfortable. Pull out bed was nasty, we had to cover it with multiple blankets before letting out kid use it. Even then, it was in such disrepair there is no way an adult, let alone two could sleep on it. Bathroom was clean, main beds felt clean. The first room we had smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, even though its suppose to be smoke free. Despite location, it was very quiet. For the value i would return again. However, if they dont start teplacing furniture, the place will only get worse.

The front desk was wonderful! From Friday to Sunday, all 3 young ladies had superb customer service. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! But!!!!! The tvs did not work! The breaker box kept kicking the tvs off and we finally figured out that both the one in the room/LR could not be on at the same time! Then we could not use any of the outlets in the room at one point, we had to charge the phones in the living room area so maybe it’s something going on electrically in the room I’m not sure. The only other thing that I hate to say, because I was treated very nicely, but those sleeper sofas need to go to the dumpster immediately.

This hotel was quite disappointing. We requested a crib and despite asking multiple times, the crib was never provided. The front desk associate told me that he was the only person working and was "short-staffed" and this was the cause of the delay for the crib (which never arrived). In addition, the beds were clearly old, lumpy, way too soft, and kind of squeaky. The sofa bed was inclined at a pretty steep angle, so my head kept hitting the top of the bed frame. The air conditioning didn't work in one of our rooms, so it was really hot. The hotel shuttle for this hotel never arrived at the airport, so we ended up hitching a ride with another hotel's shuttle (whose driver graciously dropped us off). Overall, this hotel needs more staff and a serious upgrade.
