Perfect stay. Beautiful room, friendly service and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.

The Petersham is stunning with beautiful views of the Thames. The service is impeccable, including service in the restaurant and beautiful lounge, where you can get a coffee or lunch and read.

Very comfortable room, posh hotel in a beautiful setting with Thames River walks just 2 minutes away. Rates were surprisingly reasonable given the location. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. Restaurant was a little pricey and had limited selections for dinner, but the food was great and the view from the dining room is unsurpassed.

Everything was great and its a beautiful area. The only thing that wasnt "bad" necessarily is that it was not air conditioned (yeah, we're spoiled Americans). But the temperatures were fine and there was a fan included. Staff was great and accommodating. Lots of beautiful areas nearby!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Petersham Hotel, located just 25 minutes from central London. Weekend break while seeing a show in London and visiting Kew Gardens

The hotel was beautiful and we hadn’t booked the restaurant before we arrived, but when we arrived everything looked so amazing that we decided to eat in the restaurant. We had an extremely tasty dinner. We will definitely come back one day to stay.

Hotel is beautiful and we were lucky enough to stay in one of the bigger rooms with a balcony. The view of the river from the balcony was amazing The only 2 downsides were that the bedside lights couldn’t be turned on separately to the ceiling lights and so my wife inadvertently woke me up in the night when she turned her bedside light on. It was also impossible to open the toilet window and there wasn’t an extractor fan so the room couldn’t be aired

Very clean property with outstanding service. Well appointed and English as it gets. Great location with nice river views. Easy walk to most everything. Do wonder what it is like in warmer weather as the lack of AC can cause a bit of stuffyness. Overall great place to stay.

well , the room was a little disappointing in its location . I booked it well in advance and was told it would be possible to be given a room with even a limited view , but on arrival was given a room on the ground floor at the back with no view at all , As it was my birthday treat , and I used to live in Richmond it was disappointing not to have any view at all

Fairly overpriced for size of the room , bathroom lovely but separate toilet couldn't even turn round in without hitting the sink, didn't stop for breakfast as looked very pricey for what it was and the hotel took an extra £60 from my card to hold until we checked out which I thou go t was a little steep

Room was small for a deluxe room with just a double bed, not a king. Staff were poor and didn’t seem well trained at check in or check out and all just a bit dated.
