What a beautiful place to spend a vacation. A time was definitely had at Secrets and everyone was so attentive, so pleasant and went over and beyond to make sure our vacation was memorable.

One of the main reason you go to a place like this is for the beach, in this case the beach is not too bad but it is not good, you have to be very careful to enter in the water because there are a lot of stones Be aware of this because it rest a lot of enjoyment to the experience.

Amazing resort

As an adults-only hotel, the nighttime entertainment should extend past 12:00 AM. The hotel has venues suitable for creating a nightclub or late-night bar, where guests can continue dancing and having fun after the cultural activities in the lobby, without interfering with the rest of guests who prefer to sleep.

Such a wonderful experience! Every staff member from checkin to check out was super helpful and accommodating. Our personal concierge, Jeison, was there to help us with all of the silly questions and make sure that we were prepared for everything. It was our first time doing an all-inclusive, but it was worth the money. A luxury experience!

We stayed here for honeymoon and it was one of the best choices we have ever made. Great food, Great customer service especially for our personal concierge Jordan ! We will definitely return in the future.

The property is great. All of the staff are amazing. Our butler Enrique was amazing. We loved every bit of our stay. The only thing to watch out for is the sales pitch for unlimited vacations. Just don’t go to it. Very pushy and dismissive sales people. Other than that we had absolutely no complaints. Just skip the “free vouchers” sales pitch that takes way longer than the hour and half they tell you it will take.

I booked an ocean view room, but they accommodated me in a partial ocean view

The hotel is very nice, and the beach was awesome even after hurricane Beryl there was a small amount of seaweed, and the maintenance crew did a great job of clearing any seaweed on the beach. Great staff but the check in process is a bit painful waiting on a concierge to take us to our room which was over an hour at least. The food options are excellent and quality of the food as well. They did leave our luggage in the rain when we first arrived at the resort. We chose a swim out room which I highly recommend vs an ocean front room, it was a nice change for us since we typically always choose ocean front instead. The food and beverage team were awesome across the board and there was plenty of food choices at each restaurant. Many of the bartenders are definitely working on island time so occasionally it does take some time to get your drinks, but they were made great. They had excellent music choices each night especially in the main hall at 9:30 pm there was different music themes each night for example Madonna and Alicia Keys music which were performed by a great band along with excellent singers and dancers. We will definitely go to this resort again and just except the check in process to be a bit slow but overall, a great resort.

My wife and I were treated like Royalty. From the moment we arrived, the Hotel staff made every moment special. We enjoyed the many dining options, beautiful beaches, Pools, bars,our room was spotless, large and gorgeous. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. One of our most enjoyable resorts for peaceful relaxation. Thank you.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. They were extremely friendly and very personable. Junior and Benito were absolutely amazing bartenders and we can now call them great friends. The food was real good and had many options. Madlyn was our pool side waitress and she was an absolute delight. We could bot have asked for a better experience.
