The location

There wasn’t any clean towels - the host brought some 20 mins later. When we went to go bed, we discovered the bedding wasn’t changed - Found dirty sheets with blood on pillows. See photo* The guy returned an hour later and changed the sheets. Was very apologetic blaming the cleaners. The bedroom window was faulty and didn’t shut - I showed the guy and he looked at me embarrassed. See photo* Dirty bedroom carpet, I had to vacuum it but the stains were ingrained. See photo* frayed curtains* Blocked bathroom sink* Litter, broken glass and cigarette ends strewn across the terrace. There wasn’t a communal security gate and entrance to building fob provided, resulting in us getting locked out of apartment complex once we left. No intercom to use when in apartment. No communication as to how we were to get into the complex! The code initially provided to check in didn’t work after check in. We were locked out in heavy rain. The host didn’t respond to calls and voicemails. We were left to ask random persons leaving the building to allow us access inside the block. Waited 20 minutes in torrential downpours before a person came out. Awful and very stressful situation.

overall grubby and grimy particularly the bathroom and all of the mirrored/glass surfaces within which was very disappointing.

Location, facilities, security, comfort and the luxury apartment. The owner was very helpful and could be contacted and dealt with any queries straightaway

This was a lovely apartment, spotless and very home from home. Parking was very secure and the owner was very helpful... Would most definitely stay again
