Home was clean, spacious and beautiful. Dock out back was great for sunsets and the pool was used a lot with our kids. Beach is a quick walk and beach chairs/umbrella/toys are provided. I would recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed this house. The common areas were comfortable for all. Unfortunately we had a few rainy days, but the covered patio facing the canal and the huge dinner table gave us plenty of space to catch up and to play games. The bedrooms, each with an en-suite, were just perfect for our group - 3 couples and an adult. Everyone had privacy. The only suggestion I have is to provide two folding luggage racks in each bedroom. There are several nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the walk to the beach was easy.

The communication from the property manager and owner was above and beyond. The home is beautiful and very up to date. All appliances and furnishings were nice. The beds were top notch. The pool was great, has a shallow end and a 5’ “deep” end with a ledge to sit in the pool. The kayaks were a nice touch. We caught several mangrove snapper just outside the back door from the home’s dock. There were some illusive barracuda coming through the area at different times we saw and almost caught. The house is pretty close to the beach, not a bad walk. Seven Eleven Gas Station is within walking distance. I cannot name one issue with the house or contacts. We were surprised by how many things were provided, beach chairs, pool floats, beach towels, bikes, etc (stuff that some house guests love to break or steal). I hope this home is treated with respect and kept nice for us to return next year! It was a great trip and we are grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is not well stocked for pots and pans, but we managed. We did cook in every day, so that was a little disappointing. We had a couple of issues with the pool heater, but Odd sent someone out to fix it. When it did not work the next day, he sent someone else to get the heater working. We really appreciated the quick response Odd gave us.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. You have a beautiful property. We hope to be back sometime in the future. We will be leaving you a very positive review on Vrbo. However, we wanted to be openly honest with you about a few things that were of concern. Huge spider web-there is an extremely large spiderweb at the entry gate of your property. It is very big and should not be there as it is not the most pleasant experience to run into it as soon as you open the door. Privacy-wow the view from the living room is very nice, some gas do prefer the option to have privacy. We strongly suggest adding some shears on a truck so that people can have the option to have privacy inside the house, especially in the evenings at night time. Remote- one of your remotes did not have batteries at all Your walkways and pool furniture are very dirty, molded, and has duck poop near the pool, deck and walkway to the front door. We strongly suggest that you have these areas pressure wash on a regular basis to give future guess a better first impression of your property. It was very difficult to find the property. The house is not easily visible from the main street. We suggest adding some clear instructions in your listing on how to find the property. Or, you could include them in the welcome email that you sent out the day before check-in. Huge spider web at entranceand the lint collector in the dryer was overloaded( fire hazard) It had not been cleaned in a long time.

This house is beautiful and pristine. It was in a great location and very private. We came here for a Miami vs NY Giant game. This house was everything we were looking for. The heated pool was great. Each of the 4 bedrooms had their own bath. Patio overlooks the canal. Just a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will definitely. Rent this place again when we return to the area

We rented this for our 2 kids, their spouse/boyfriend and us for a long weekend. It was perfect. Many beaches close. Restaurants close. The house was in the middle of everything but totally secluded. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was great! Highly recommend.

This was perfect for our group of 7. The location was great, beautiful views, and property manager was very responsive.
