This was a great property to accommodate my family of 10 (including a baby and a child under 12). There were 4 bedrooms in the main house, one of which has an entire bonus living area attached to it which was great for my young nephew, and one room in the mother in law apartment that you access from the backyard. The management team was super easy to get ahold of and responded to me very quickly. The house was clean and well stocked, and the pool area was kept in good shape as well. I was worried by the photos that the pool would be shaded all day, but it got plenty of sun. There were bikes and beach chairs at the house, and they were able to get us a golf cart to rent with less than a day notice. The only thing to keep in mind is that this house is on the main highway which gets really busy and can be hard to get in and out of. The bridge goes up every 30 minutes causing a massive backup so if you are planning to head to the beach you will need to time it around the bridge or else you will be waiting for a while. Overall great stay and would recommend this to others.

This home had plenty of space and was comfortable. It has a convenient location to downtown Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale beach. We rode the rented golf cart to most areas and barely drove our car. Home has a pool and is located on a canal and was exactly how it was pictured in the listing. The Latitudes property management staff was very communicative prior to our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed.
