Nice and quiet

Came to Bethlehem for a baby shower. My daughter's family, my husband and me decided to stay together. Found this lively place on VRBO that checked all the boxes for us.

Apartment clean and comfortable inside. Walls good but ceiling and door not well insulated. Could hear too much overhead and in the hallway. Neighborhood was run down with trash everywhere. The cemetary across the street would have been a good place to walk my dog except for all the broken beer bottles.

I do not recommend staying here. The good: - Very responsive over text message - Tried to fix issues The not so good: - Room had a beeping smoke detector the entire time. Contacted the company who said they sent someone out to fix it while I was out. They left a gift bag, didn't communicate it had been fixed, and when I arrived back... it had not been fixed. Couldn't avoid the sound, was in the background of all my work calls. Slept terribly for 2 days. - Walls are PAPER thin. I could hear every word of a 4 person discussion in the room next door when I was trying to fall asleep. - It was somewhat dirty and smelled weird. Windows were all open when I got there so a few bugs had gotten in. Furniture was worn down. Missing chunks of paint around the shower.

Excellent, spacious and clean. In a great location. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Property was very clean and comfortable. Parking across the street was great with no on-street parking bother. Cons: Kitchen scant, very utilitarian. No spices other than salt/pepper or sugar. Would have liked more coffee pods for the Nespresso. There are no kitchen towels or paper towels. This particular unit is on the ground floor so not much of a view. Perfect as a comfortable unit to return to after a day out exploring the Bethlehem area.

Property was what we needed for a weekend stay. Host very responsive. Only issue was that, unlike the picture, the apartment is in the basement so the view from the windows is of a wall. I wouldn’t want to be there for more than a few days. Otherwise just fine!

Just finished a five week visit. The apartment was as promised in the listing. Hyatus was very responsive to our inquiries. The dedicated parking lot was much appreciated in lieu of the street parking. We will stay here again if the need arises.

Property was very nice. One addition needed would be a very comfortable recliner type chair - we are old. Stephanie was wonderful she helped us the first day we were there get our TV on, etc.

The apartment was nicely decorated and modern. Cute map on the wall to mark where you live. Easy check in and out. Jhanice was very helpful. A little pricey, but otherwise nice.

Typical corporate run rental with minimal character, despite the opportunity with it being in an old church. Beds were fairly comfortable, though they only had one thin comforter (not warm), not even a top sheet. Living room sofa/furniture was hard & oddly laid out, so we just watched tv & hung out in our bedrooms. We constantly heard people above us, entrance door closing & all water usage/flushing around us. Location was good; convenient to everything & parking was easy. Our windows looked right out at an old cemetery, so that was interesting. Constant emails from ownership were annoying.

This apartment is great for longer stays especially since they have all the amenities and items you need for Longterm. The management is also extremely helpful with anything you may need. Parking is easy there is a large lot right next to the apartment that always has spots open. Overall a great stay!

Great value and location

Clean everything was nice

We loved the property and the delicious cookies! Communication was very thorough and check-in/out was a breeze. The only thing missing was ice cube trays!

Loved the apartment. It was perfect for our needs. It was super clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies that made cooking in easy. It is close to historic areas, casino, pubs and good restaurants. While the surrounding neighborhood was a bit rundown, we never felt unsafe. Ample parking was always available in the designated lot.

The condo was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for the weedk. The host was super responsive when we had a specific question about check-in and the key/fobs. Couldn't ask for a more responsive host.

This is an amazing condo that is close to Lehigh. We love it!

The unit was very clean, centrally located, and had everything we needed like pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were in the unit. We hope to return again next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, the property is very clean and the unit had mostly everything we needed. Even the details of the map to pin where your visiting from was a cute. Our responses from property management were prompt. Thank you guys.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at the church apartments while waiting to move into our new home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Ample parking and easy access to the building. The host is super responsive, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends!
