We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment ,,,,,which offered ample space and exceptional cleanliness.....The staff provided outstanding support, with special mention to Akthar, our host, whose expertise and assistance greatly enhanced our experience in Hyderabad.

The apartment is very close to the Nehru zoological Park which helped us to include that too in our trip on our arrival day even though we reached there by afternoon. All the main OldCity highlights are near by this apartment. Akhtar the owner of this property helped us to buy our lunch on the arrival day, which saved our time to get ready for zoological park visit. Though we were 2 family it was enough 2bedrooms for us.

Suggestion: Welcome drink can be provided to guest on arrival time. Note : Even though this apartment is 4BHK, 2bedrooms are bath attached and one common toilet.

The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable to accommodate 8 to 10 members easily. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and the host’s (Akhtar Sir) attention to detail added to the overall comfort of the stay.

Rooms are clean, spacious, have wardrobes, the kitchen has necessary utensils, and the overall facility is good for a family stay, there is a need for a washing machine for cleaning the clothes.

The location of the property is not good, it is situated in a lane, connecting roads are not in a good condition, far from market & restaurant, only a small grocery shop nearby, Wifi connection in the room is weak, Water from the taps in washrooms are leaking at least in 2 bathrooms, due to that floors of the bathroom becoming wet and slippery, though the problems is in the knowledge of the owner but not rectified. The housekeeping staff is not professional, the family of a house maid resides in the building, who also do the cleaning of the flat but during my three day stay, once she came to clean the dustbins, floors are not wiped even once, bedsheet/ housekeeping were not done, on 3rd day at 9.00 PM, the owner was insisting for housekeeping, which I refused. Reaching the property through the GPS location is not easy, Swiggy & Domino's delivery man took more than normal time to reach there. There is no facility for making payment of rent through Credit/ Debit card, the owner is taking payment through UPI transfer in a SB account in his personal name. The owner is very polite and friendly, he offered to drop me at the airport in his personal vehicle but due to his late arrival, it could not be used.
