Awesome location away from the party scene (if you don’t want it) and close enough (if you do). Beach Club is A+, make sure you spend 90% of your time there.

Choosing to stay at Cana Brava Residences, nestled within the Hard Rock Café precinct of Punta Cana, was a decision that not only met but exceeded my every expectation. What sets Cana Brava apart from the plethora of all-inclusive resorts dotting the area isn’t just its prime location; it’s the exceptional quality of everything on offer. For starters, the on-site Italian restaurant is a culinary delight, seamlessly blending traditional Dominican flavors with Italian finesse and offering a sprinkle of American options. The residence itself is a testament to luxury and comfort. The fit and finish of our room were impeccable, featuring high-end appliances, modern and inviting furniture, and a sound system that could easily turn an evening into a party. However, no review of Cana Brava Residences would be complete without mentioning Elsa, the heart and soul behind our extraordinary experience. Her ability to accommodate me and my guest at a moment’s notice, even with unexpected flight delays, was nothing short of remarkable. Cost is always a consideration when planning a vacation, and I was genuinely surprised at the value offered by Cana Brava Residences. Compared to friends who stayed at the more traditional options like the Rock Hotel and the Bavaro Princess Hotel, our experience was superior in every way – from the ambiance to the personal touches that made our stay unique. The property was and elsa the property manager was very helpful and made our stay smooth the only issues we had was a women at night in a lower apartment was screaming we thought something had happened to her but we think it was intoxication please put in your customer rental policies that people need to be courteous to other guest when it comes to noisy other then that the place was great the Italian restaurant down stairs was great the food was excellent the beach club is worth the price very private and relaxing friendly waitress

Overall, the photos are deceptive at the time of booking. The property is not located on a beach as the pictures deceive you to believe. The entire property and surrounding buildings are all under construction so the view is terrible. There is a small pool located on the property. However, you may have access to the actual beach for a fee at the Hardrock Hotel which shares the same grounds. There were two power outages late at night during our stay that lasted two hours each, which was very terrifying. Check-in process was a bit rocky as the address does not yet show up on GPS so it was very hard to find. Staff difficult to get a hold of for check-in if you arrive after hours. However, staff was nice. Pizzart Restaurant staff on the property were awesome! Must try the pizza!

Great customer service and safety. Walking distance to beach. I was told we can get all day pass for $35 at Hard Rock per person but it was lot more than $35. Map app was misleading and needs update because it’s a brand new property.

the place was perfect for us, very clean

This is a lovely place to stay. The apartments are new, well appointed and classy with a beautiful infinity pool outside your door. Located beside the golf course, it is quiet and distanced from the party racket of the Hard Rock zone. Parts of the complex are under construction, however, it does not detract from the comfort of the place. The best part of our stay was the delightful staff who manage all aspects of the stay. Nothing is overlooked, and they are welcoming and friendly. Elsa and Moreli make everything easy with their responsive care; better than a hotel concierge! The restaurant on site has good food choices (amazing ice-cream) and wonderful staff keen to test out their English! Pool side, it is relaxed and easy after a day exploring.Shout out to Marcus A for his smile and fabulous service. Would recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The bathroom was no nasty it had mole all over the ac was. Not workin and the customer service sucks I will never go to this place again n they didn’t want to accommodate me in another room or give me my money back

The apartment we stayed in was, new, modern, clean and very well furnished. I can not say enough about the staff. We were the first occupants to stay in our apartment so there were a few minor issues with things not working properly as with any brand new property. When we notified the staff of any issues they came immediately to remedy the problem. This property is brand new and the surrounding area is currently being developed but we didn’t really hear any construction currently going on. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone looking for a more private and friendly alternative to the all inclusive experience.

Place is beautiful and staff is super welcoming. Ask for Iroska, the property manager, to take of you and you won’t regret. Italian Chef from Napoli makes it even better!! Thank you, guys. You’ve been amazing.
