My husband, our grown children, their significant others, and I stayed at Arrowwood for a family friend's wedding in Monument. When we first walked in, every one oohed and aahed at the house, its decor, and the comfortable feel of the space. The house was perfect sized for us, each couple having our own bathrooms. The great room was fantastic, accommodating cooking, guitar playing, and game night all in the same space at the same time. The outdoor area is also beautiful. We saw an owl in the woods behind the house the first night! And a fire in the fire pit was a great way to end our second evening. Our hostess, Alisha, was wonderful. When there was a misunderstanding between us, rather than accusing me of deception, she asked kindly for clarification and showed grace upon my explanation.

Home was cute, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient and nice to have some property. We used the location for our annual Executive Business meeting and even took some corporate photos. Alisha was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The house is peacefully surrounded by tall trees, which gives the feel of you being in a forest. We were pleasantly surprised one morning when a family of deer came to visit the house and we enjoyed their company. Initially, I had booked the home because the house was listed as having a hot tub. Before our stay, the owner contacted us to let us know that there was no hot tub that the listing was incorrect. They did offer us a Refund, but it was too close for us to our visit date to reschedule or find alternate lodging.Being that we are from Texas, we are accustomed to houses having air conditioners. Unfortunately, the weekend of our arrival, Colorado was having an unusual heat wave. We were very uncomfortable and hot. The listing did not state that the house had no A/C. As we are not from Colorado, we were expecting the house to have air conditioner as all the houses do in Texas. The house not having AC was not mentioned in the listing either. The owners were very responsive being of us being uncomfortable. They did come over and install some AC units that greatly helped keep us cool that weekend.Eventually, the Colorado temperature returned to normal, which is a very comfortable 80°, we did not have to use their air conditioners for long. Over all we enjoyed our time in home. Good morning, I would try and use a sandwich method. Start by saying something positive, then your constructive criticism, followed by something positive. Personally, I would give him a 3.5

We took the opportunity for a night's stay at this Monument area property in early July. The property was clean, well appointed, recently updated, spacious and had great internet. We needed to be able to work while there and the property had great working areas and, as previously noted, strong internet. In addition to the above, this home has THE BEST selection of games I have ever seen. I regret that our stay wasn't longer and strongly recommend this property if you are wanting to be in the Colorado Springs area. I actually preferred this home to another I rented in Colorado Springs as this area was less congested than being in the heart of CO Springs. Also, the property manager was quick to respond to questions prior to the booking and was a delight to be able to work with. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

The house itself was lovely; clearly renovated and remodeled, with modern appliances and nice furnishings, it was a great place to stay for our weekend away. The kitchen was fantastic, the amenities were great for downtime, and the bedrooms were comfortable. However, there were two interconnected things that made the stay just short of perfect. With the heat wave that came through the area, it got rather warm in the house, and with no AC or house fan we tried to open the windows. But when we did, we saw that a fair number of the window screens (especially the back door to the patio) were either faulty or ripped completely, letting in lots of bugs and moths. Luckily we discovered this very quickly, so the bugs weren't a major issue, and we turned on fans throughout the house to help cool it down. That was our only main criticism for what was otherwise a really nice getaway.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's wedding, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Our group included my husband and me, three of our kids, our daughter's partner, and our granddaughter, and the setup was perfect for all of us.The location was ideal, being close to the wedding venue, which made everything so convenient. The house itself is well-kept and absolutely stunning. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the host was exceptionally responsive, ensuring we had zero issues throughout our visit.The surrounding land provided endless fun for our kids with games of hide-and-seek and other outdoor adventures. It truly felt like a home away from home.Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home. We will be sure to be back for another stay!
