Stay was better than expected. Price was great too. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The only reason why I picked that hotel to begin with was because it had a pool well unfortunately their pool closed by 9:00 we got there at 9:15. The hotel itself the main entrance area was clean however when we went to go for breakfast the next morning we ended up killing multiple cockroaches right before the elevator.

My stay was horrible and disappointing. I stood at Days Hotel by Allentown Airport and I was bit by bedbugs multiple times on my body. I even found bedbugs once I searched the bed. When I attempted to speak with the front desk staff, I was met with resistance and lack of urgency. The front desk staff stated they couldn’t help and redirected me to call Hotels.com. I then attempted to contact Hotels.com and received a virtual assistant, Andrea. I was tasked to wait 3-5 minutes so Andrea can search for my options, but Andrea never returned to the chat. Overall, horrible experience with Days Hotel AND Hotels.com. Please do better.

Booked online to pay at hotel and they prematurely got charged they cancelled my room and had no rooms to give me when I got there.

BED BUGS. Bugs in the sink. Key cards did not work. Dirty and run down. I would not recomnend staying there to anyone. I would recomnend you removing it from your list of fecomnendations on your site. I chose it because of the low price and location while my husband was having surgery in nearby hospital. But the stress of the deplorable conditions far exceeded the low cost. I would gladly pay more for safe, clean, bed bug free accommadations in the future. I did not feel safe there when I was in the room overnight by myself. Please remove it from your recommendations. Not worth the stress.

We enjoyed dinner in the bar. Free breakfast was OK but the same food every day. My bf brought my breakfast back to the room one day and the hostess questioned him like he was trying to take extra food. So rude. The room was clean but outdated. At least it was quiet. The towels were thin. We expected (and asked for) clean towels each day but eventually had to steal them off the maid cart. The tub/shower had no slip-resistant pads and I almost broke my leg getting in! The vent in the bathroom was nasty! I have included a picture. I feel the room was also overpriced and I would try somewhere else if returning to the area.

It was really easy to check in, our room was clean when we got there with comfortable beds, and there was a serviceable complimentary breakfast the next morning; for the price compared to others in the area, what more can you ask for?

People continuously entering the hotel at ANY hour (4AM) all the days. The room next to me had a serious fight on the night from Friday to Saturday. People hitting the doors... Nobody came to calm them down. The corridors smell bad, specially when during breakfast hours.

Stayed here to avoid a late night drive home after an event in Allentown. It was convenient, clean, and surprisingly quiet.

The hotel itself was clean, showing a little bit of age and wear in places. However it is nothing that interrupted our or would impair it in anyway. The hot water and pressure in the shower was amazing. Wish the parking left more options to view your vehicle from your room. Ample space and cameras are there, just a personal preference. The lounge/bar was busy with a comedy night. We didnt partake, but it appeared to be a good time. Its located by check in, so it made it a little awkward to hear at that time, but it was a Saturday night and the noise was definitely is far enough away from rooms to not disturb anyone. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Options are plenty from cold cereal, hot oatmeal, juices ans coffee. They will serve you, upon ringing the bell, soft scrambled eggs that are runny and placed in stainless pans over heat allowing them to turn green, 1 cooked sausage patty, seasoned potatoes and your choice of toast or bagels that you have to toast yourself once you receive your already half cold plate of food. I dont mind someone plating my food, but would definitely prefer it to be hot as well as the coffee, which needed more add in options. For the price I expected better breakfast, but the hotel overall, our room, and the service we received were great.

Cockroaches. Tight parking , loud bar downstairs , sketch area and establishment. Very nice Indian man at the counter though, no smart tvs , very outdated remote barely worked , Nice spacious room though comfy bed also Heater smelt weird

There were ants on both end tables the room smelled like pee and the bathroom sink was clogged when I tried to use it

The room colors very dull, pillows very hard, mattress uncomfortable . No communication when fire alarm went off. Breakfast was uneventful. No bottle water or creamer for coffee in room.

I have booked it last minute and it was very practical and easy check-in. There’s a pool inside that I didn’t try but looks great. The room had ants but that’s also okay, what really disappointed me was the “breakfast included” the breakfast is not buffet and is served by a lady but, it’s bad, bad eggs, bad sausage, bad potatoes and the coffee is also bad and cold at 7am. Weird combo, but true.
