The property was super close to Disneyland Hong Kong! They have the shuttle buses but the park was so close that we walk. Staff were a little rude.

Upon reaching the kids were thrilled. Bus to ferry around is a plus point. The room is spacious and decent clean but after so many years the toilet is showing signs of aging. One of the bath towel is soil so I took a star off. The pool is fun with the slide but the jacuzzi pool may need an upgrade.

Terrible Club Lounge food. Exact same poor options everyday, and the food was freezing cold. Not even an attempt to make this lounge worth the insane price you pay to avoid the other price gouging happening at the resort. Skip this and bring ramen. Save your money unless you love boxed cookies and gummy bears.

My mum was stung by a bee in the standard enclosed room of hotel (Non-Balcony and Non-window) when she woke up in the morning and was sent to emergency department for treatment with horrible pain on her thigh. Hongkong Disneyland Hotel denied any responsibility or compensation and only claimed it was an accident.
