Third floor breakfast was disappointing, it was nice to have the option if you’re on a budget or in a hurry
Adding fresh brewed coffee would be plus. Eggs could use ham or cheese in it, potatoes were dry, oatmeal overcooked,

Great spot. A little pricy, but excellent location to the Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay, fly fishing the Sacramento River, and any event at the Redding Civic Auditorium. Quick access to I-5, Hwy.44 and 299.

We enjoyed the pool, Paul Bunyan Park and Museum. Appreciated the comp tickets and friendly staff. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and lite dinner- kid friendly menu was great. Teasla charger much appreciated

My first experience at a Sheraton. We were "upgraded" to executive level. We had a room on the third floor. One would think an expensive hotel like this would be laid out better. The ice machine on our floor was very difficult to find after walking down the endless corridor. The "breakfast buffet" in he Club Sheraton was the worst I have ever had. They say they have room service from the Mosaic restaurant but when I scanned the QR code (the only way to get any info from the room) for the menu, it said they were closed and would reopen at 5. I don't care, I just want to view your freakin menu. Would I stay here again? Not on your life. Tooo expensive for what you get. Hampton inn all the way for me.

We were pretty disappointed in our stay. It would have been OK if everything worked, but most things didn't. Luggage cart was broken. The bed was futon-hard. Even with the A/C turned off the room hummed with noise. The shower caulking look moldy. The furniture upholstery was worn out. The included breakfast was worst ever, tasteless scrambled eggs out of a carton, overly-brown overly-reheated potatoes. The free self-serve latte machine would have been cool if it worked, but it didn't. The ice machine didn't work. The fridge didn't work, and looked like it hadn't been running in years. Overall the place looked sad and worn out.

Arrived very late for check in rooms big as a Marriott member got club access but they were closed . Loved the room the quiet AC unit beds absolutely awesome ! Only issue I had was the charge for parking . I was never told and I had it taken off bill. Also for this cute hotel get better in room coffee or a kerug or pour over coffee . Worse coffee in the room . Other then that liked the place would stay again

We got in late and loved the comfort of the room and location so much that we wish we had more time to enjoy it. We did enjoy a walk on the bridge before leaving, which was beautiful! They did an excellent job of designing the room and bringing the nature and Turtle Bay vibe in the room with decor. I really loved that level of thoughtfulness. The bed was wonderful! Only thing that could make it better would be a free breakfast.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, nice big pool. We had breakfast ( not included) in the restaurant and the waiter was great and the food was awesome.

Nice and very clean hotel, close to Turtle Bay museum, to the Civic center to watch 4th of July fireworks show but it is better to do it from the second or third floor. Our room was on the first floor and just needed to go out to the garden to see the fireworks.

We always enjoy our weekend getaway to sundial bridge at Sheraton. Very cozy and unique. Worth booking room with lounge access to enjoy the balcony air.

The hotel is really nice and located right next to Turtle Bay Exploration Park and Sundial Bridge. Must see especially with small kids. There is one restaurant onsite. Tesla supercharger is right next door and was convenient for us for our road trip.

Awful. Although I had a confirmation number and called hours ahead of time to advise of my arrival after 10pm, I was told my room had been given to someone else and I would have to go stay at an alternate hotel. This was a three night stay, but only one night was at the alternate hotel. Then I had to pack up and come back to the Sheraton…..at which time I was told my room wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm and I’d have to return for key cards then. When I returned, the room was downgraded and not what I paid for, no discount offered.

Daughters were sleeping on the sofa bed and found ants crawling all over the sofa. Any all along the baseboard, in the bathroom and the main room. Staff refused to switch us rooms, offered to fumigate the room we were all supposed to sleep in. So at 1030pm I had to move my family of 5 to another hotel. Awful customer service. And ants. Gross.
