Updated decor, excellent view of city. Conveniently located 1-2 miles from Port Everglades, & Fort Lauderdale Airport. Free shuttle to airport. Our front desk attendant Rachel was AMAZING!!! She was courteous, prompt, & efficient! Rachel helped us with luggage, and gave a list of restaurants offering delivery.

The room was very nice and clean. Check-in was not great. Waited from 12:30 until 4:30 for my room. I understand rooms are not available until 4 but they knew I was there and still didn't get my room until AFTER typical check-in time! I paid for breakfast but did not like any of the offerings (very strange and small menu).

My partner and I stayed for one night on Thanksgiving Day, but our experience was disappointing due to several issues with the hotel's layout, valet parking, and room service. While the room was aesthetically pleasing, it lacked functionality. For example: The shower leaked water, leaving the bathroom floor soaked. There were insufficient trash cans and no adequate hooks for towels, clothing, or bags. The sheets and comforter had a faint, unpleasant odor. The AC unit was inconsistent—just a one-degree change caused the room to swing between being uncomfortably cold and hot. We also requested regular coffee pods (no decaf), but the staff brought two regular pods and six decaf, which felt inattentive to our request. Lastly, the valet parking fee of $35 per day was excessive, especially considering the overall experience.

Wonderful hotel, close to airport and shuttle was plus. Transports to cruise for small fee. Lovely roof top pool and lounge areas. Would highly recommend.

First time In Ft Lauderdale. Great stay! Great staff!

For being a brand new hotel, it was clean. The bar & food were good. Had a pool table which was a nice touch. The view from the room with black out shades was a great touch. The rooftop pool & bar was very open. The only thing that the hotel didn't have was a handicapped shuttle.
