The hotel is great. The staff are amazing. The parking process on check in is very painful unfortunately, ruining the whole experience from the moment you arrive, multiple unnecessary steps involving the guest going back and forth in spite of paying 160 SAR a night for parking ! Definitely could be improved significantly.

Excellent hotel in terms of staff and amenities. The Address at Jabal Omar should be your address while in Makkah! Note, that there is alot of construction in the area. However, the hotel provides shuttle (every 5 minutes) to Haram.

It is a good hotel in Makkah, but it still lags behind the Address brand of hotels in Dubai. Buffett breakfast and dinner aren’t worth the hype or price.

2 minutes to alharam by bus It’s not easy to walk as to alharam but I think when all the constructions done around it will be decent. The hotel was new and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Words can’t describe how amazing this hotel is. Literally best service, best staff and everything is between. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be as close as possible to the Kabba.

Such a lavish hotel! When you enter the hotel, there’s this amazing smell of fragrance, not sure what it is but it’s very unique and fresh. The shuttle service is so ideal. Comes every 2 mins to haram, you have to walk into hyaat hotel but through a nice mall but straight to haram. The bed is super comfortable & the pillows are outstanding soft!! Easily the comfiest pillows I have slept on. Also worth taking note, there is a prayer room on the 36th floor which overlooks haram and it’s beautiful. But only opens during prayer times. The WiFi is excellent. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The restaurant/dining area is amazing and worth trying the coffee & baklava from there!! Absolutely delicious!! You can’t really walk from here to haram, as it is a bit hilly and steep, so the best option is shuttle but it is perfect. I went with my wife, 7 month old daughter and mum, we had amazing experience here and would definitely come again! Thanks!!

Stayed here for my first Umrah, Overall it was an okay experience. The hotel itself is great, it is spacious clean and also it had a good breakfast with a wide range so I cannot fault that. They did however not clean my room for one of the days despite leaving the clean room sign all day AND telling them again but they did not clean it. However the main concern was the shuttle bus. This was total chaos, people pushing and shoving arguing etc. There is no system set by the hotel and it would cause me to wait 20/30 minutes for a shuttle bus back to the hotel especially after Fajr. This is a 5 star hotel and they have not set a proper system in place for the shuttle bus. I hope they solve this soon
