The hotel was very nice. The room was a good size and included a small kitchen that had dishes we could use. Also had a dining room table and chairs for us to have breakfast at. Very up to date and the staff was super friendly. Only a block to walk to the beach. Very clean and close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rolo has recently totally renovated rooms around the pool in the Lauderdale Beach area of Fort Lauderdale, between the Intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully simple & functional, with fabulous Raindrop Showerhead plus handheld showerhead with easy access to switch controls. Best shower and closet with safe, in this price range, best anywhere along the Beach. Large TV with cable channels and easy access to your own streaming apps. luggage rack(s), lots of wood hangers, small table and chairs, coffee maker and good coffee, mid sized fridge and small microwave. Pool and beach towels and Beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to Beach. Wonderful staff and ownership on site. Very safe area and secure parking at all times day and night. Can walk, bike or jog from the Intracoastal to the Beach or to Las Olas, or Sunrise. Can't beat the stay for the price and quality anywhere on the Fort Lauderdale Beach locations.

The only bad thing was that we payed for a room that sleeps 4 but only and they made us pay for the additional people besides my husband and myself

Stayed one night before our cruise. Great location walked to dinner and lunch. Cute courtyard where we worked out and knitted.

Hotel is very solid if you get the newly renovated units. The location is not the best as there isn’t anything very close. It was a pleasant stay, big room, very comfy and quiet. Just wish there was more around that we didn’t have to walk over 10-15 minutes.

Great trip for my solo weekend getaway from texas. Short walk to the beach. Water taxi stop within walking distance. Fishing charter was walking distance too. Great customer service. Rickard was awesome

The lady at the reception it’s so kind and helpful, the room it’s outstanding, also the location so convenient to go and enjoy the beach, have dinner, breakfast or walk around. Great experience !

This is a great little hotel just 3 blocks from the beach. Very clean rooms, white fluffy towels, nice bedding. I sleep very well here - it is quiet and the windows have black-out blinds. Friendly staff, easy parking, close to restaurants and shops.

I got a call 3 hrs after I left (I left at 0730) saying the needed a credit card for additional charges for parking in front of the hotel. I could understand a parking charge if I was locked behind a gate or in a building but 20 plus dollars to park on the street? As far as the room It was not the worst that I have been in but it was close. I travel a lot for work and this hotel is off my list.

My stay was great! Manager Chris was extremely kind & helpful in securing my room. Keeping contact with me about my room and reservations!! I was in the newly renovated king room! FULL body mirror, LED vanity mirror in the restroom to get ready!! The receptionist (sadly I can’t remember her name) but she was extremely polite, kind and patient!! Also she gave us buy one get one drink coupons for one of the restaurants near the beach! The beach is walking distance and it’s the quieter side of the beach !! restaurants are along the beach!!! Overall my stay was beyond pleasant, this is a great location and will be my new place I’ll continue to book!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS, & RECEPTIONIST (sorry I forgot your name)
