The picture was deceiving, the twin room was completely opposite to what was shown in the picture. Two single beds were cramped together to make twin room, room was very tiny with a table and side drawers, very limited space, no bins in the room, tv was dated, holes on walls, climbing stairs was spooky, hand rails falling off, toilet seat wobbly and broken, shower cubicle very dirty and mildew growing, all carpets dirty and smelly. I will not go there again, it wasn’t worth my money. I will be happy if my money was refunded to me.

Toilet was dirty. I had to clean it up with antibacterial wipes. The shower is clogged with hair.

The overall was in very poor condition and it was far too expensive for the standard. Ive stayed in bad hotels in my life but this one is my top 5 worst hotels ive ever stayed in. I went with a mate but i definitely wpuld not take my wife and kids. Its ok for somewhere to get your head down for a night but not worth the money we paid. Either fix the place up or lower the price. It makes Blackpool B&Bs look good. There was a gentleman outside doing what looked like a handy man doing something whilst wearing what looked like a stab vest with a can of stella in the afternoon. There was holes in the walls, the door handles were brokwn and generally just not very good. Fortunately myself and mate managed to find it funny and made our day how poor the place is. I would not request this place for anyone wanting somewhere nice to stay.

Ideally situated for public transportation into city centre. Numerous eateries situated within foot. No food available. Rather run down and seedy. Limited reception staff hours. Close to children’s nursery. Security an issue.

Place was nice and quaint. Service for the shared bathroom is once a day and was adequate. The room was kind of old though and needed maintenance. Good place to stay if looking for the practical abd bare minimum amenities.

The property looks really nice from the outside, the theme continues within. I really do like this property a lot.

The Queens Guest House is excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean as are the shared bathrooms and toilet If you dont have en suite. I stayed here for 11 days whilst between house's and I would highly recomend this guest house.

They have a close couple toilet in the bathroom where it needed a low level pan and cistern which mean the toilet never fitted against the wall leaving it rocking when you flush it. They seemed to be shared bathrooms so I came back to the quest house the bathroom stunk, and there was no air freshener. The door lock look like it’s been broken off a few times.

The room was disgusting for a so called 3 star hotel . I checked in and saw the room then left . There was no way I was staying there . It was an absolute dump
