friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk, good breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds.

Minor things; no idea what channels were on the tv, the guide on the tv was ineffective and there was no sheet listing channels In our Room 443, the plug on the lamp doesn’t work so I had to move nightstand to access the wall receptacle to charge my things.

Room was musty and dirty looking. (Carpet stains, etc) The room we booked had inoperative lights and electric receptacles.

The staff at the front desk were pleasant.

Parking lot was dirty. Beer cans all around my car. The hotel smelled like pot.

Walking into the lobby, the smell of damp mildew filled the room. We checked in and got our rooms hoping at least maybe they would be better. NOPE-as soon as we stepped foot out of the elevator, a saturated odor of marijuana smashed into your face! We went back to the front counter and explained the issue only to be told, “we talked to the patrons about that, it’s a group of them, and they don’t seem to care. We can put you on a different floor but honestly that smell is on all floors!” We didn’t stay!

The entrance was nice looking. Honestly about it.

The staff was not friendly. Our first room smelled heavily of smoke so I requested a new one. The new one was only very slightly better than the first. The bed mattress was super uncomfortable and the carpets and chair in the room were very heavily stained. Parking was non existent and what was available basically only accommodated “members”. There were signs posted all over the outside of the building warning about how the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle. This hotel indicated that it had EV charging but that doesn’t even work (and based on reviews for the destination charger on google maps hasn’t worked for about 6 months). This place is so disgusting and I am so frustrated that I paid 127 bucks to stay here.
