We came in town for a concert and we arrived at our hotel to check in to be told we didn’t have a room because booking.com had overbooked. The owner had made accommodations to have us stay at a sister hotel by the airport instead which was nice and much appreciated since we drove 4.5hrs to stay at this hotel.

It was a little farther from our venue but it was ok Edited- Since leaving this review I have been charged for this room even though we didn’t stay here and when I called to have the charges removed from my account I was told it wasn’t their responsibility. But my email canceling my reservation with no charge states otherwise from booking.com. It’s been a huge headache to get my money back and very disappointing that they would charge me knowing I didn’t even have a room there and they had to book me a room elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful. Lisa checked us in and called the room to see if everything was OK. We asked for another pillow and she brought it too us when I would gladly have gone and got it. The person who checked us out was also very friendly.

The room was clean, and the hotel smelled good.

Where can I start the receptionist took no more than 25 minutes to answer, then she was quite rude I really don't remember her name a medium sized white woman was very rude to us then she asked me for almost all the information of my life what she failed to ask me what was my blood type then they gave me a room that was on the ground floor right in front of an area that they themselves were remodeling the woman was a bit racist it really makes me very sad that they don't understand that there is no place for racism in this country it's too sad and the breakfast was so disappointing i had to stay in that emergency hotel and i couldn't be more sorry i think it was the worst decision i ever made i will go to that horrible hotel again, I take photos in front the bedroom... Disgusting

It was close to where we were going for the weekend!

Our check in lady (blond did not get her name) was amazing, the guy working at night was rude. Where was the ice machine??? never could find one. Room had a very strange oder.. like musty? beds were hard as a rock and needed more blankets.

Internet went down for an entire day. Response to my complaint was that it was due to weather conditions! Fridge in the room was too old and extremely noisy. Corridors were stinking. Generally it could be cleaner!

I like the property but wasent able to stay there it was over booked by booking. com and had to go to another extended stay which was run down and I didn’t get the room I paid for. I paid for a king size bed ad got a full size bed instead plus the service was awful the clearly refused to sign me in because it was past midnight even though I had a reservation with a confirmation number. the clerk said I woukd have to rebook and pay an extra fee for a room finally after 30 minof throwing a fit and calling the other extended stay and complaining the clerk he decided to book me in anyways so I waited on a room for way over an hour it was horrible service
