The location was nice and the beds were comfortable for the price.
The bathrooms were not the cleanest. The tub could’ve used some more scrubbing, the sinks seemed to be stopped up, and the toilet took multiple times to flush anything. The water had a green tint to it.

Room smelled like smoke!! Staff at front desk said there were no other rooms. NO rooms should smell like smoke unless it's smoking room. When we went to open the window, part of the window frame fell off!
Phone in room didn't work so we kept having to go down to front desk and were told by associate it must not work because "I didn't get a call." Since there was only 1 towel in the bathroom, we had to go to front desk to ask for additional ones to shower. Elevator is so slow that we usually took the stairs as we went back and forth (even with luggage) to the front desk from 4th floor.
One of the worst stays I've had in a hotel in long time. Very disappointed. Had stayed at La Quinta years ago near Hollywood Amphitheatre and it was very nice. This was not at all the same. We told staff at front desk we expected an adjustment on the price; he took down my name and contact info. We checked out almost 12 hrs ago and haven't heard anything. Hope to talk with someone tomorrow.

I never dined for breakfast. I went down once, 7:30 am, and all good options were already gone. No one there to replenish breakfast food.
Our room had a major water leak around our tub and black mold was present on the interior wall, next to the tub which meant a lot of mold was behind the wall.

Location was further than desired and described. Bed and pillows were just passable. There was no switch for Bathroom exhaust fan nor large light in batheoom. Hair dryer did not work. Hole in sheets on the bed.

I liked that the hotel had a shuttle. However, the hours had been changed and I had to get a taxi or Uber to the airport and back.

Hotel was within5-10 minutes from some good little restaurants. The staff were polite. Also the mattresses are always comfortable at La Quinta. I know it’s completely legal now, but the pot smell outside the rooms, in the stairwells, and in the parking lot was just overwhelming.
The check in was meant to be at 3, and the staff were still cleaning from the morning at 4:30-5:00. Everything just seamed to be off kilter and a little disorganized. The layout of the room was weird and a little dated.

I booked the room since January we planned to go a concert and spend the night there to not have to drive tired back home when I arrived the front desk guy told me I didn’t have a verified credit card for my reservation 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️I always use the same card and never have problems before with a reservation made by the Booking app when I asked for the a room I was told because I didn’t show up at 11pm they rented out the room I reserved 😡… He told me booking was supposed to notify me about the problem with my card and the reason for the cancellation . I’m a frequent traveller, so I advise to call ahead if you book here and insure that you actually have your room. Very dissatisfied.

it was okay for only one night granted I was at a concert for most of the time
everything. there was no power which meant no ac, no lights, no fridge or microwave (had bought $80 worth of food before I checked in that went bad because of this), pool was very foggy and dirty and the breakfast was just some bagels with warm cream cheese . the firearms went off 3 times in the one night I was there the police and firetrucks were there 4 times as well. I also had to check out after one night because of everything and they still charged me full price and didn't even mention anything that happened. wouldn't recommend and wish I had gotten a refund or at least a discount.

Charles was excellent as well as the rest of the front desk employees.
Had to switch rooms due to storm damage to some of the electrical system, satellite & WiFi (at no responsibility to the hotel) but our new room wasn’t cleaned very well at all. The night front desk employee offered to switch us to another room but i refused just for one night left; I just wanted him to be aware that the mess was not left by us.

The only thing I was not a fan of was the fact that there was a heavy odor of marijuana in the hotel (not something my family and I were very use to or liked).

The pool was clean and the kids had fun!
The tub in the room was dirty when we arrived. The staff provided scrubbing bubbles for us to clean it, but ultimately the tub is stained. We were advised that they have had the same tubs since the early 90s. The staff did provide a discount for the inconvenience. There also wasn't any towels in the room when we arrived. The staff did bring some in when he brought the scrubbing bubbles. When we went to the pool, the only towels given were hand towels. Obviously, not big enough to dry off with.

the location
we didn’t have a smoke detector, told the front desk and nothing was done about it. We opened the fridge there was old food left in there and it smelled awful. it is suppose to be a non smoking hotel yet the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

I like the location have stayed there for years
Didn't have the room that I booked and blamed it on Booking. Com because they had let people stay in the room extra days instead of checking them out.The staff had said they weren't supposed to be there but didn't address it or get me a new room equivalent to what I had booked
