Our room card had to be put in and out multiple times before we can get inside the room.

Good location

Bedding was not comfortable, the room smelled like wet old clothing, did not get restocked on items in the room. No service was provided in room. Bathroom door I had to hank on it to get it open, bathroom tub was dirty

The location

The jacuzzi jets did not work in the pool area and the floor in the pool area was filthy. There was a blood stain on the shower curtain and mold on the bathroom ceiling in my room. The front outside sitting area was littered with trash.

Staff was awesome. Wonderful area, surrounded by everything food, shopping centers and ect.

No breakfast had to pay for everything no complementary nothing. Need better pillows.

Free parking, convenient location

Staff were friendly and efficient. Property was well cared for, clean and comfortable. Parking was provided in the parking garage across the street, and was easily accessible. There are many choices of restaurants within walking distance.

The only thing I needed and couldn’t find in the room was a hairdryer. I’m sure if I asked they would have provided one for me, but we were there only one nigh and I didn’t realize there wasn’t one until I was stepping out of the shower 😉

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, lovely lobby with free coffee, clean space. Feels cozy.

Room is smaller and the king bed is only a little bigger than a twin.

They staff didn't explain how the breakfast worked and didn't give me my breakfast ticket

We have stayed there several times and plan on staying there again in the fall of 2023.

Great location. Very clean. Staff is really great…speak with Carlos. Only thing is, they should get Netflix and movies in the rooms and free breakfast.

the in room Whirlpool bath tub was amazing!

I have stayed at this location a couple of times and both times were wonderful.

There is nothing bad I can say about this place.

This hotel is in a great area with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Very close to anything you may need.

The bed was hard. i also had trouble with my door when I arrived.
