The location was good for our needs. The suite was basically a 2 BR 2 bath apartment. Breakfast was included. The staff was engaged and very helpful.

My one complaint would be the arms on the furniture needed to be cleaned.

It was comfortable for my daughter and I. It was very roomy

Industrial area , being all female it felt a bit isolated .

The staff member that checked us in was very helpful and nice. she switched us to a first floor room after we arrived late and had 5 in our party.

There was a lot of dust on our dresser and the shower head did not have very good pressure.

Very convenient to have two bedrooms! Also the parking was free.

1. the room keys never work. we had to change ours out multiple times in our 4 night stay. 2. The exterior of the property is dirty and unkempt. Dog poop on the stairs, exterior trash cans overflowing. 3. Place is overall outdated with heavily worn furniture, carpets, and paint. Could really use updating. 4. Area is less than appealing. Several sketch characters around in the evenings, a vacant lot behind the place, and unsecured parking. 5. Pull out sofa in living room was very small and uncomfortable. We were hoping it would be suitable for a couple.

toilet did not flush. the toilet float gets stuck evert time. then when neighbors use the water it made a shrill loud sound

good afternoon. i love the sonesta network. and got ready to spend some time at San Jose's Sonesta ES Airport. what a disappointment it has been. maintenance has long been forgotten. the front door of the hotel does not work. the pool is dirty. despite dfe aer heated, you can't use it. The laundry door only opens if you know its secret. the dirt around the hotel is huge. fireplace in the street, it doesn't work and nobody knows when it will work. I was disappointed this time with the hotel.

it’s a quite place to stay.

I really like staying at Sonesta hostels, but I had the worst experience at this hotel. The hotel is very run down and not maintained. The fireplace / fire pit is broken and the management does not know when it will be fixed, the pool has a layer of dirt at the bottom and has not been cleaned for days, lamps in the external areas are burnt out, the main entrance door to the reception is broken. This Sonesta hotel is not up to the same standard as other hotels in the Sonesta chain.

To be real honest. Nothing. I would never go back.

Entire complex looked like they had done no maintenence and no landscape/gardening in months if not a year. A mess. Everywhere. Trash all around the complex. Spa broken for the week, waiting on a part they said. Front doors broken to lobby. My front door entrance system didn't work, changed out keys almost each day. Outdated furniture, looked like the 80;s - just a lousy lousy looking place. Oh, concrete buckled, cracked and raised up - in a few places. In the so called gym, not even a towel or drinking fountain. No remote for tv. Never saw the tv on in the lounge areas.

Location good, clean property

Not safety. The keys room were not working. We had to change keys 2-3 times daily. Also at 11 pm, some one open my room with the key. The office staff checking for some man for my room when the room were occupied.
