The staff, Oliver, was excellent, professional yet fun and attentive. The hotel's location is primo! The price is great.
The hotel is old and could really use a makeover. We found a couple of cock roaches, and most of the lights didn't work. The bed and sofa bed were lumpy and uncomfortable.

No mirror in bath room above sink and no coffee kept. Perculator was available but not convenient as a plain kettle

Our stay at this hotel was more than we could've asked for! I had the best time with my friends, the staff was great, and it was super close to beach access. We didn't spend a lot of time in the actual room and pool area, but when we did we had to complaints at all! I also love all the plants around the hotel! I think that it really set the mood for being at the beach but not on the beach! Overall, 12/10 experience for my Spring Break in Ft Lauderdale! :)
I wish the pool was open later than 9:30, but I totally understand why it isn't! Other than that, I have no complaints for this hotel!!

Location was great, the staff was awesome, the price was reasonable.
But the kitchen was not equipped with minor necessity, the cabinet doors were falling off and there's roaches.

the hotel is full of alcoholics, drug addicts and the staff ignores this. You can't sleep or rest. And all the food was stolen from the refrigerator. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I made the arrangement for late arrival at 2 am. I arrived at 1:30 am, the property was locked, no keys were available, so I end up on a street. I need my money back.

Location was good, not beach front but close to beach, pool area and appearance outside very pleasing, our room had roaches and property manager on duty just told me to throw it away and dismissed me, next property manager sprayed bug spray in bathroom,saw more and office closed and no answer by phone, because I made reservation on booking.com they said they couldn’t make adjustments so I ended up at laundry mat to wash everything literally everything

Perfect location, clean rooms, amazing staff, and beautiful pool area. Couldn't ask for a better way to start our vacation here in Ft Lauderdale!! Went to Key West for a few days and had another hotel booked after returning to Ft Lauderdale, but decided to change our plans and come back to the Ocean Mile Hotel.

Not a clean place. They didn't change towels.
I wanted to return room's key to the reception guy before I leave so I get my 50US$ deposit back but he was not reachable in the morning.

The hotel is very close to beach, around 5 minutes by walk. The reception stuff is very responsive and attentive to every detail. Parking is free. We liked pool surrounding by beautiful palms and the room we had.
We could not find anything that we did not like. Just a perfect stay for a family couple!

Oliver the Manager is exceptional. The property is well kept...beautiful pool and foliage. The lighted palm tress at night are beautiful. I have been coming here fir over 5 years.
It is my favorite place to stay when I am visiting South Florida.

Toilet handle was broken and I stepped on a Roach and killed it. Place not so clean. But, For one night we did it

The location of this hotel is the only thing that we liked; the facilities were worn out, the sheets were torn, the bathroom faucet did not work well, the bench to get out of the tub was broken, there were roaches, and the noise was terrible. The noise was from other guests, but the ice machine made a terrible noise, and also the air conditioner. The towels were small and worn out some even ripped. The coffee machine was also broken.
Everything should have been much better. We did not leave because the money would not be credited, but we had the worse stay in a hotel ever/
