サンクスギビング中か、タオル交換やベッドメイキングをやってくれなかった

Location

Carpet was stained and messed up in parts of the room. Wasn’t very clean in the bathroom floor. The hot tub didn’t work. One of the lights in the pool was out of the wall floating in the water. The pool area was rough no towels hot tub was overfilled. Bugs in the pool area which it was an inside pool. People being noisy outside at night. The whole hotel smelled funny. The breakfast was definitely not the greatest. All in all wouldn’t recommend.

Didn't eat breakfast I liked the location and hotel itself just so peaceful and a getaway.

They’re always accommodating my needs. From checking in to housekeepers being so nice. They’re very and always makes me feel so welcomed.

Everything the staff was very friendly from the time we arrived until we checked out. We were there for the gospel singing at the Carl Perkins center. Will be back. The room was very nice and clean

The space of the room was comfortable and the breakfast had a nice variety.

Our room smelled awful. It was pretty run down and there was trash piled outside several rooms on our floor all night.

I love Mr. Jeremiah’s guest services. He’s a Rockstar. I love all employees I encountered. They very professional people. Nice and kind.

the staff were outstanding, the room was very spacious and all the amenities we inshape. athe breakfast was the best we ever had.., the waitress was outstanding.
