The employees were kind.

1. I had to go back to get my keys redone when i tried to get in the room on arrival 2. Filthy floors 3. Stains on sheets 4. Heater didn't work 5. Dirty shower curtain 6. Long black hairs in the shower 7. Unable to use the freezer due to ice build-up 8. This room is right next to a supply area. Someone was in there very early (around 2am) and extremely noisy. It makes it hard to sleep when there's all types of noise going on. 9. Staple holes in the darkening shades 10. The most comfortable bed had stains on the sheets. The bed that I had to sleep in was lumpy and very uncomfortable

Close to highway and food

Room was dirty. Old toothpaste in sink, floors ruined bottom of my socks. Do not think the room had been mopped in a very long time

Lemar the GM was very rude. And told me me I couldn't stay there anymore because I stay 40 miles away. I was thrown my ID back. I paid online through booking and they didn't resolve the issue. I payed for a single queen bedroom they gave me a double bed. Then put the one I purchased back online. I'll never visit or recommend any of my friends or family to stay here

Rooms newly renovated and very nice. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean.

Hard to get in and out of the parking lot, and it was overpriced for the area and type of hotel. I have stayed in more luxurious places for that price.

There was not much noise and the way the parking lot is designed people cannot just drive through without having to turn around. It did cost more than the ones across the street but I believe that is why it was quieter than I expected. All staff I talked with were friendly and nice. I will stay here again.

Room was very dated and musty smelling. Floor was sticky.

The room was clean, and outside of the property was well maintained. Conveniently located to many food locations. The room I was assigned had great water pressure for the shower. I have been in other rooms at this facility, and the water pressure for the shower was less than desirable. Overall, great experience .
