The property was in a great location (close to EVERYTHING) clean, accommodating, and quiet. Also, breakfast was good and the time breakfast ended for night owls was great. Lastly, the 12p checkout time was wonderful.

My only complaint is that my mattress was very firm. Most hotel mattresses are super soft.

Availability to destination

We didn’t like the fact that after attending a funeral we came back to our room that night to find the door left open and a dirty room! The only reason our valuables weren’t stolen is that we took them with us.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

We booked it for the pool. Which wasn't working when we arrived. No one said a word, she just checked us in. The pool looked discolored and shabby anyway. All around disappointing. This was one of the most expensive hotels in the area, and absolutely not worth it. The breakfast was nothing different, except the fake eggs are awful. Hampton Inn does a much better job.

The staff were so nice. When they found out we booked this because it was listed as pet friendly, they refunded our reservation, and helped us find another hotel. The facility was clean, and was well located around food and stores, and in a nice neighborhood.

Booking.com lists this property as pet friendly. They do not accept pets. I've had a lot of trouble lately with properties being mislabeled like this.

The room was very nice and roomy. It had everything we needed for a good night stay

Construction going on - messy every where. Room seemed musty and mold in shower. No where to walk outside.
