Close to restaurants.

Traveling with 94 year old mom and 17 year old dog. The room was clean but not handicap accessible as requested. Parking was impossible for getting walker in and out and close to room. I understand having a dog limits the available rooms, but the dog doesn’t bark and is trained to go on pee pads. I advised my mother was 94 and still didn’t get a better room. I don’t think the staff like’s going through a booking site.

it was noisy. A man walked up and down the pathway outside our room yelling at someone on his phone for over 1 1/2hrs. the pillows need replacing as the foam inside them is lumpy. I asked for an iron as there wasn’t one in my room and I was told they would get one for me. 4 hrs later I asked again and was told the same thing. The next morning I asked again and was told there weren’t any available and they would get one from an empty room and bring it to me. I never got one sent. I have been travelling for 5 weeks and all My clothes were in a suitcase and I needed to iron the clothes I wanted to wear. I was embarrassed to have to go out wearing crushed clothes. Why have an ironing board in the room if you can’t provide an iron?

we only had one bath towel a hand towel and a wash rag for two people, and when we asked for extras we were told there wasn’t any clean towels in the entire hotel, and that there wouldn’t be until after our check out when housekeeping got there.

It is close to everything. Has a night life next door.

I wish they would serve a little something for breakfast. They are at the same rate as some of the hotels that serve a complimentary breakfast in this town.

I liked they allowed pets without a fee and the bed was comfortable and seemed clean. It was quiet and had a convenient location. The desk staff was pretty nice.

The room smell. It smelled like dirty mop water, as if had been mopped and not rinsed. The floor has a greasy feel. I wet my towels and damp rinsed the floor to try to reduce the smell. Towels were quite dirty afterwards, so that was concerning.

the night staff when we checked in was very nice. the beds were more comfortable than some of the hotels I have stayed at. that’s the only reason I gave it a 1

it was FILTHY!!! I pulled back the covers on both the beds and there were hairs everywhere. little curly ones to long ones. Stains all over the sheets, mattress over, and the mattress protectors. The floors were dirty all over. The door was broken. It looked like they tried to update the room, but it was still very dated. it wasn’t worth the price. If I had not already gotten everything out of the car for my family and my dog, we would have gone to another place. also, I had already paid for it and could not cancel, so we were stuck. Instead, I had to request new bedding. No offer to bring it down when I told them the room was gross. No offer to change it for us. when we got the new sheets, they had just as many stains! the picture of the big white stains was with the new sheets. I have so many more pictures it doesn’t give me room to add. We checked in at 10 pm after a long day of traveling. I didn’t see any bed bugs, so I hope we don’t come home with any. One of the pillow protectors had a big spot on it that looked like very old blood. It was just awful. I went to check out and told the manager and showed him the pictures. He just said that he would talk to the cleaning staff. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m going to try to see if I can find a corporate number. it wasn’t worth the 90$ I paid for it. it wasn’t worth 40$ to stay there. I thought because they respond to every review on here, that they cared. THEY DON’T!!! DON’T BE FOOLED!!

Mandy, at the front desk, was very helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and there were, thankfully, no bugs. No carpet, which we definitely appreciated because we have a little one, and we could see the floor was clean. Air conditioning/heat/fan worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Nice free breakfast. Walking distance to other restaurants and some shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

No big deal, honestly to me , but the refrigerator wasn't cold, and inside garbage can was dirty.

Accessibility was as expected

everything was dirty. the sheets were way beyond worn out and dirty. the mattress protector had mold on it. the mattress protector under that one had red stains and the mattress itself was severely stained as well. I will never make the mistake of staying at any red roof inn again.

The bed sheets were not clean. There is a huge crack in the sink. The room itself could have been cleaner.
