Bed seemed to be clean. Parking was good.

Not much in the way of staff except the person at the front desk. Room and hotel itself was dirty. Paint every where, and bathroom was dirty. Bed was ok but only had a couple pillows, which is the least I've ever had at a hotel.

I came in around 4am and the counter girl was not in the best of moods. Did let me keep the room until 12 instead of 11.

The attitude of the staff. I informed the staff member that it would have made a difference as to my choice of hotel. I informed the staff that I had visited the property on another visit and that the hotel was under construction. I informed the young lady that the advertisement was misleading, because it indicated that there was free breakfast but the lobby was undergoing construction. She said you did not have to pay for breakfast. I said I am aware that I did not pay for breakfast but I could have chosen a different hotel that was not undergoing construction. She indicated that it was left up to me what hotel that I select. I told her she was correct and I would make a different selection in the future.

Advertised hot breakfast. Did not have hot breakfast. Had items like cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Had no waffles, eggs biscuits, which was advertised.

If I had known that I didn’t have hot breakfast, I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Nothing, my visit with my grandsons was ruined!

Listing on Booking.com and Expedia clearly said "Breakfast Included" Upon arrival, sign said "No breakfast provided" When I asked the clerk to notify management of the error, he instead made an excuse. Wrong response. Trash outside Pool closed for maintenance, but that doesn't excuse the grotesque appearance.
