Quiet clean property with a good breakfast.

There are two women who work in the evening I cant quite remember their names one is African american and the other is bit petite. These two were the only nice people that worked at the front desk. The general manager was so rude and nasty to us after rooms needed to be changed due to the hotels uncleanliness. The rooms Toilet had feces on both the inside and outside and the sink in the next room that was given did not work. He thought we were looking to “stay at the hotel for free” his words not ours. He definitely didnt show the southern hospitality We heard about for years because we arent from the south. Ill never stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Very nice to give us a room on the ground floor as we travel with my service dog. No deposit required and no questions asked as we were exhausted from driving 10 hours and had stopped at a Best Western first where they wanted a 150 dollar deposit and wanted us to sign a form saying if there was dog hair they could keep it. My dog doesn't shed, but I couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a dog hair somewhere giving them the right to keep my money.

Room could have been a bit cleaner at least the floor. The rest was good

the breakfast was very basic. Too much disposable cutlery used. One waffle machine out of order. No additional items to put onto waffle eg dried fruit or nuts. Orange juice very watery

Room not as clean as it should have been. Dirt in drawers, floor in bathroom not cleaned adequately
