Jenn at the front desk was so kind and so was the young lady that was over the breakfast area. The room was spotless! The location was perfect! Right next to a truck station for last minute supply items as well as serval places to eat within walking distance. They also had an on-sight laundry area to wash/dry clothes. The perfect Hotel for cruisers. The Lyft ride to the port was only $26.

The ONLY person that was hateful was the shuttle bus driver. She was so rude and condescending. We are both women, so it was fine that she didn’t help with luggage, but yelling at me that “the back door is open (for me to load my luggage)”, then telling me “you’re gonna have close the van door” once I got in, was so crazy. It wasn’t what she said but HOW she said it. Like I was bothering her. I hate that she was the first representative that we met from this hotel, because she in NO WAY represented how amazing this hotel is.

Good location

The lady that checked us in told us there would be a $40 hold which turned out to be $120 hold, the room had burn marks and stains on the floor and wall, the AC was leaking so bad the floor was wet, the water took 26 minutes to get hot in the shower and when we called about it they told us to just wait it out it was kind of disappointing this was a birthday celebration and we expected better.

Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming.
