First time we stayed it was good. Not great but good It's one of those older hotels in need of an update.

Where do I begin, cigarette stench, cigarette burns in everything bed covers ,lamp shades,curtains.The floors you need to keep your shoes on or your socks will be pitch black.The older gentleman inches office is nice,the son has the personality of a piece of dirt. This time they'll a group stay there for work that is ruining there business. They are loud yelling back and forth to different rooms on different levels, drinking smoking, drugs, leaving trash and condom rappers in front of the rooms of the women they are harassing saying crude things in spanish and english. Yet management does nothing about it You are better staying anywhere else

Location - it was only about a mile from family that we were visiting 

1: Cleanliness. There was a “giant hair glob of grossness” clogging the tub, that should have been cleaned out several guests before us. 2: Lobby Staff: I had a problem with a room key once and there was nobody there. They even had a “Ring” video doorbell. And nobody answered. At one point I even said “Hello, are you OK? Should I call 911? No response. Another time I needed something else. (Yes, there was issues with the rooms. Not the greatest hotel.) And the guy came out and said, no sorry, no more for today, you’ll have to wait for tomorrow. So. You’re kind of on your own here.  You get what you pay for. It was only $89 for the deal we got. I knew that going in. It was close to where we needed. So.

Accommodation was a basic as it could be, sleep and shower was all we needed and that's all we got

The refrigerator didn't work and I needed stuff to go in it

staff very nice. located close to my brother.

tub faucet was rigged and I had a very hard time getting it to turn off. telephone hooked up but doesn’t work. exhaust fan in bathroom was filthy.

Room was not clean - make up on pillow, dust on fixtures

Room was well heated, and Bed was very comfortable.
