Close to the airport terminal with free shuttle. We enjoyed pool to relax after a long flight with a stop over prior to an onward flight.
The restaurant provided a reasonable t re angle of food at a fair price.
It was good to see an attempt to split out items for recycling. We were however surprised when we placed the compostable bowls and plates in the compostable bin only for the member of staff to remove them and place them in the trash bin. Presumably there is a lack of awareness around the what should go the compostable bin both with the guests and the staff.
Whilst breakfast was good, the policy of using compostable plates and plastic forks is disappointing as these all go into the trash bin.

Location (close to airport and Stadium). Went there for the Niners vs Cowboys football game. Love that there is shuttle service too. And complimentary breakfast.
Only thing bad is we asked for daily housekeeping service and they didn’t do it until we said something.

The breakfast was delicious and the variety was amazing.
Our room wasn't clean when we arrived. There was wrappers everywhere and cherry stems. Also, one of our beds was not made and that comforter was thrown on the sofa bed. I'm guessing it was a used comforter. We had such a long drive with our kids that we just wanted to sleep so didn't say anything.

Breakfast was good
We went downstairs at night time and forgot our key. We got discriminated and just the last name was not sufficient to give us the room key. We hd to be escorted by security and then checked our id.
The bathroom was really dirty and the lamp shades were dirty in the room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk agent helped us schedule a shuttle to the airport. We had drinks at the bar and they were very tasty! The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The location is great if you are flying in or out of San Jose, our shuttle was waiting for us in the morning and it was a very short ride over.

It was very clean and modern looking. It was quiet and there were no pet issues.Nice closet and comfortable beds.
The bathroom and shower placement are a bit odd and the doors were on gliders that more often than not became stuck. Bar was closed all weekend long with no accommodations made for it.

Really good breakfast and the cook, Tina , was really nice and friendly and lots of choices for breakfast .. it’s the best we had compared to other hotels we stayed in.. and the front desk was really nice also.. and the service is really exceptional as when we asked for new towels.. they deliver it right away not even 5 mins they are already there knocking on the door.. best customer service ever!!!
Parking a little tight and smaller and had to pay.. the room with disability access was great but there were space not used in the room…

It’s a very basic hotel that we got just because it was close to the airport. Nothing fancy but it was clean.
The breakfast has a lot of options but some of it didn’t taste good.
