This spot is great for couples with a cozy bed, fire place, large shower and well stocked kitchen. It was perfectly maintained, private and had everything we needed. Check in/out was very simple and stress free. With easy access from the main highway and close proximity to many surrounding areas the studio is ideal. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was just as described. Appreciated the many little touches to make our stay more comfortable, including some basic food items like butter and condiments. Cookware was just what we heeded too. My only suggestion would be to provide the manual or basic instructions on using the washer and dryer. We figured it out with the help of the internet, and they worked just fine. Bed was comfortable and the off street parking spot was great! Also really loved being able to walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Modern, cozy studio steps from the ocean. Such a beautiful place. Studio was well appointed and comfy with a fireplace and hot tub. It was in a great location, near the ocean, close to The Rock and for getting around, in general. We enjoyed hiking, biking, sightseeing and watching the cute Sea Otters in the bay, Elephant Seals on the beach, Cambria and wine tours in Paso Roble. Marlene was a wonderful host. There was a bottle of wine and gourmet coffee waiting for us upon our arrival. She let us use her bikes and was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing we would do differently is stayed longer! We look forward to going back, again.

The hosts are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The unit is modern, well equipped and in a great location (one block from the beach). The photos don’t do it justice. We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO/AirB&B properties and this one was by far the best. 5 stars all the way.

We absolutely loved this home. Everything you needed, they had it. So clean, so cozy, and just the best location! All the extra touches made this vacation perfect! Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect stay for a small family. The studio and yard are decorated beautifully and the balcony over the garage gives you the best view of the beach. Will definitely plan to visit again :).

This is a wonderful, peaceful property close to the ocean. There is a deck upstairs that looks over the ocean. It’s a beautiful property and Marlene was always available if needed. The apartment is behind the house and feels very safe and private. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back!!

What a beautiful and modern studio. I could completely relax and enjoy the marvelous art, the gorgeous landscaping, and go for walks on the beach. I look forward to visiting again!

Marlene's studio rental is our new favorite place to stay in Morro Bay. The care and attention that went into creating this wonderful space is worth 10 stars! The studio is much bigger than we expected. The bed is comfortable with all the right adjustable lighting for reading or ambiance. The closet has space for hanging clothes as well as shelving. The appliances are top notch. There is a gas fireplace which completely warms the space up. And there is good WiFi and a large TV with movie channels. There is a compact stacking washer and dryer ,which is so convenient when staying for a couple of weeks. The kitchen is well stocked with useful gadgets and Marlene provides coffee and 1/2 and 1/2, a nice bottle of local wine, a water purifier pitcher and a gallon of good bottled water plus a variety of refreshing drinks. There is a great little weber propane grill and bistro table and chairs on the studio's private patio. The beautiful enclosed yard is landscaped with mature succulents and well placed solar night lights. The hot tub is dreamy. We soaked in it every night. There is a super nice observation deck for sunsets and the beach is right there. There is a short path just steps from the studio which takes you to the beach. Great walking beach either direction. A great view of Morro Rock. Marlene is a good communicator. She answered all our questions. This little studio is a gem! We will be back sooner than later.

Remarkable and expert design. Perfect place for 2 who like to cook and relax a block from the beach. Just a few steps to a beautiful morning beach stroll. Gardens are stunning and property is immaculate.

The hosts couldn't have been nicer and the property is beautiful. Lots of cozy spaces to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. We used all of them from the hot tub to the fire pit terrace. A perfect way to enjoy some quiet and sounds of rolling waves. The studio is immaculate in both cleanliness, design and taste. This is not some cheaply thrown together IKEA furnished rental, it is a tastefully intimate space that feels large. With a 50ft walk to sand, it was a perfect beachside getaway.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. So much thought went into making this place special. I especially loved the succulent garden, art, very comfortable bed, and bicycles to see the best of Morro Bay. Highly recommended. Very kind hosts.

We LOVED our stay. The property was immaculate, the hosts were friendly and helpful and the space was private. The pictures do not do it justice. We love to be outdoors and this property has a cozy table in a courtyard, a fire pit in the grass AND an amazing ROOF TOP DECK where you can hear the ocean. We had an amazing experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this VRBO. TOP SHELF!!!
