Two bathrooms one with walk in shower so perfect for those with mobility issues.
Lift to apartment again great for those with mobility issues.
Central location with flat walk into the heart of the city.
Generous sized, well equipped and well furnished apartment.
Safe and secure - fob access to complex with parking. Additional charge for this inline with York car parking charges.
Fabulous communication with owner (Helen) and Amanda who meets you on the day to show you round.
Basics for continental breakfast provided for you for first day plus milk which was great for an initial welcome coffee!
Two small supermarkets 1 minute walk away.
Central location but super quiet throughout the day and evenings.
Heating kept the apartment at a comfortably warm temperature but there are also windows to open in the lounge kitchen diner and bedrooms if you want air.

Stayed previously and it’s a great apartment in a superb location. Suitable for guests with mobility issues as apartment is on one level, walk in shower and lift access to first floor apartment with parking on site available.
A number of small maintenance issues need addressing and I have left a note in the guest book in the apartment so that they can be addressed by the owners. If these are addressed and the apartment continues to be invested in to keep it to a good quality then I am sure this property will continue to get high scores for accommodation in York.

Lovely apartment a stones throw from the town centre...really comfortable and well equipped
It would be helpful if the address included centurion square and that you could detail the vape shop can store bags but you need to pre book and what companies can do this to save time

A minor point, the shower in the en-suite needs a new head not much water coming out. That was the only thing we could fault.

Fob for stair entry didn’t work late one night. Luckily host was available by phone to direct us to another entrance door which allowed us entry

We appreciated being met personally and shown important things about the stay, including places to go and answering questions we had. Breakfast items were a big help as well.

Fantastic location, brilliant co hosts , a fully equipped and warm apartment , with the bonus of being able to have secure parking ( at an additional cost ) .
We found both mattresses not to be very comfortable . One of the double sockets in one of the bedrooms was not safe to use as hanging away from the wall .

Maybe the check out at 10am but I understand there could be extra time needed to clean for covid. But all in all there was really nothing to dislike.

Well equipped, beds and pillows very comfy and the apartment was ideally situated.Nicely decorated.Would definitely recommend. Hosts were attentive and messaged to check if all well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in York and at this apartment.
Shower in En suite could have had better pressure. Plug holes need to be cleaned of hair etc
as sink in main bathroom slow to drain.
