Extremely clean, very quiet, good large bed in room 1, lovely security apartment complex, close easy walk to town. Security parking for 1 car is a plus.

Bed in room 2 was not so comfy and dry cycle on the washing machine didn’t dry the clothing

We were met by Brian who even helped me with my suitcase, he was incredibly kind and helpful, much appreciated.

Everything was great except the en-suite shower dripped a bit and the mattress in that room wasn't as good as it could be, but it was fine. If there were two people sharing it would have been better to have a larger bed.

The location was fabulous. The meeter and greeter was friendly, efficient, and in general, just the man for the job. We had a 6 and a half hour journey, which should have been 4 hours, and he kept in contact with us and readily adapted to the ever changing arrival time. Having a specific parking spot was a great advantage in York. We would certainly stay here again.

Just a small point, the apartment was extremely well equipped, but we had to move some of the cupboards around as there were no empty cupboards for food. As a self-catering apartment, perhaps you could leave one empty. It's not really a negative but just an idea.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The 2nd setee wasn't comfortable. For 2 couples it would have been nice to haver a more comfortable sofa. The tumble dryer didn't work. Had an accident with water and needed to use the dryer. We couldn't get the towel radiator in the main bathroom to work. Apart from these points that can be easily fixed we had a great stay.

Fantastic location.. minutes walk from all the key places. Meet and greet guy was brilliant, Secure parking, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Ideal!

Couldn't get tv or dvd player to work on the first night and no response from agent when I phoned them. Cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms etc fine, but layers of dust on the TV stand and a few other less used surfaces.

Location was very convenient. The flat was well equipped. It was very comfortable and the garden pleasant to sit in.

The confusion about the actual booking and paperwork. We were described as a last minute booking, we booked in February! Having spoken to the rental company and arranged to phone them on arrival in York I was contacted numerous times to make an arrangement. When I phoned as arranged, no one had heard of me. Luckily we could eventually stay as arranged.

The location was excellent. Accommodations was roomy and well equipped. Very clean and tidy.

The shower had a poor water pressure. The couches we not the most comfortable and the mattress in the en suite room needs to be changed.

location great, close to York centre and near restaurants and supermarkets. spacious, clean, comfortable but best of all was the secure parking underneath the block. Brian, who greeted us, was lovely and very helpful. would highly recommend.

I think that there should be more information on recycling of your waste of the property, this was not evident until we arrived at the bin store when we were leaving, just a small point, but thought it worth mentioning

It was disappointing to arrive and find no welcome/hospitality items. Having had a five hour journey in wet and cold conditions, we then had to turn out and get tea, coffee and milk to be able to have a hot drink.

Lovely apartment very close to river and city centre but also close to street with several good restaurants and couple of local supermarkets. Accomodation very well thought out with everything you might want if you want to cater for yourself. Under cover secure parking but you wont need the car if you're staying in the city . Recommended and very good value

Would be useful to have a hairdryer in the property and the bathroom floors weren't quite 100% clean but overall a great place and I'd definitely recommend for anyone wanting a break in the city.
