It was close to the town centre and good value for money

The dressing gowns were not cleaned from the people before as we found a menstrual cup in the pink dressing gown

The location. It was very convenient and the kitchen was nice although we didn't use it.

The bed was small and not very comfortable. The floor was sloping and it was generally quite run down.

They did communicate, but it could have been better, faster, and clearer. As in how to get your keys. The phone number provided... I had problems with it

Location couldn't be better, right in the centre of Oxford. Everything was alright, nothing to complain about.

Location perfect for arriving late in the afternoon with coach. Few minutes walk from the bus station. Pubs and restaurants for eating. Nice coffee shop for breakfasting in the court.

Run down with low maintenance. It was ok for 1 night but I wouldn’t stay longer.

Amazing location, very comfortable stay in well sized room. Shared bathroom is clean and well equipped. There's also a kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster and everything. Kind owner and staff. Perfect for a short stay in central Oxford, as you cannot be more central than this.

Perfect for me on my own on business, easily booked and found. A comfortable nights stay with shared facilities.

The location is perfect, and because the apartment is off the street it’s very quiet.

My main problem with the facility is the smell of mold and mildew mildew. The other problem is the building is in need of structural repairs. The floor is extremely uneven.

The location can't be beat. I did a walking tour of Oxford, and we did a circle around where the guesthouse is located. It was unreal how much history is around it. My room was comfortable, if a bit chilly at night (the heaters were very welcome). Tina was great, and very helpful. Overall you're not going to find a better price in a better location!

I liked the property because it was secluded for me and my friends for the night and it felt like a home for the night

Location and value both great. Like it's not the greatest place in the world and the shower was a bit rubbish, but the bed was extremely comfortable, room was a great size and had everything I needed, and for the price I would absolutely stay again. Also, very cute view out the window, big diagon alley vibes.

Lovely character to the building, very clean and tidy with extras , iron, hairdryer and cleaning products and well equipped kitchen with cleaning products with tea and coffee and biscuits which was welcome.

The entrance stairway doesn’t reflect the high quality of the room. The TV didn’t work properly despite the signal booster. We liked the old character of the room but the floors are very uneven and whilst this didn’t bother us it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues

The location is perfect, it is possible to go to all points of interest within a short 5min walk. There are many bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is of good quality.

-There is no reception. In fact it is an apartment and they rent the rooms separately to use the same bathroom. It's kind of messed up, so there are some unusual things. -There is no heating or heating in the bedroom or bathroom. There were two electric heaters in the room, which were insufficient for a cold of -4. Too cold to take a shower without a heater. -There are several electrical outlet extenders everywhere, which we know are dangerous, so I found the environment quite unsafe.
