There should be 10 stars, because five was not high enough. Everything you should need is on site. Cooking utensils, towels, seasonings would highly recommend this house for the price! Definitely would love to stay again

This was a beautiful home. It was perfect for us. We absolutely loved the pool! The host was very informative and I know that she’d had been there in a minute if we needed anything but we did not because it was all just perfect. If we ever go back to Fort Lauderdale, I would stay here again!

The house was absolutely incredible. It exceeded all of my expectations and is much larger than the photos depict. The third bedroom by the pool is an absolute winner. If you have anyone needing a little extra privacy, this room suits perfectly. I would absolutely rebook this home without a question. Two thumbs up. 5 star rating. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was newish, clean and in working order. The beach is a very short walk. We came down for the 4th of July week - the beach was a great place to hang out at night and watch fireworks. The pool was clean and in perfect working order - kids loved it.

Absolutely amazing stay. They house was quiet, relaxing, beautiful, roomy and furnished with everything we could need. Books, movies, games and plenty of room to stretch out, literally a 5 min walk to the Sandy beach. Very nice and very convenient.

Property location was great, close to beach and many restaurants. Home was great for a family with 3 bedrooms, pool and open floor plan. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This is a great property steps from the beach!

We had to travel to Fort Lauderdale for a gymnastics meet. Instead of staying at a hotel we decided to rent a house. It worked out great. The property was perfect. It was close to the beach and restaurants and had a pool to relax and hang out in. They provided all essentials such as towels, coffee, etc ... They even had a fishing pole to use. It was a great experience, and I was thrilled we did it.

Our family group had a wonderful stay! The beach is a a couple minutes walk on a lovely street. The home has all of the amenities for a perfect day at the beach complete with umbrella, chairs, beach cart, towels. The pool was pristine and many pool toys were also available on property. We have stayed here twicee and have already booked for next year! All communication was flawless. Very highly recommend.

So easy to communicate with host! Quite neighborhood with house just 3 down from beach access, 5 minutes from Publix, Target, Whole Foods, pharmacies etc so easy shopping. Restaurants in walking distance or an easy drive. House has plenty of places to lounge indoors and poolside, with lots of beach equipment. Kitchen is well-equipped and we also used the outdoor grill. We loved our welcome basket! And we also loved the special touch: I'd said we were gathering for Christmas, and they had a tree set up for us. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful week!

This is the second time we have spent Thanksgiving week in this house ….. it once again, it did not disappoint. Jan and Tom are wonderful to rent from and very helpful. We had an unfortunate change of events this past vacation and Jan was very helpful and understanding. My family, the kids and myself all enjoyed the house and it’s beautiful location steps from the beach which we walked every morning. Very quiet and peaceful yet close enough to everything you would want or need.

Tucked in a beautiful, quiet residential area, this house is a hidden gem! It is just three houses from the beach entrance (a very quiet public beach entrance) and everything you might need for the beach is provided--umbrella, chairs, towels, a skim board, a buggy to haul all the stuff to the beach, a cooler, etc. (and in good condition!). The house is beautiful with a great mix of modern touches and old Florida style that we love so much. The kitchen is very well appointed with many things you would need to cook. The pool is the perfect size and very well maintained. There is a small wall across the front of the property--which is perfect because it still allows a view of the street from the pool, which is always full of people walking, jogging, etc. (we like people watching and there was plenty of it!). Plus, you can catch a glimpse of the beach! The beds were very comfortable, showers were nice, etc. No complaints! Everything was in excellent condition and careful attention was paid to ensure our stay was comfortable. The third bedroom has its own outside entrance, which would be great for two families traveling together and looking for a bit of privacy. It was a great hideaway for our 18 year old who was traveling with us--gave us each our own space. The location is great too for dinner, shops, the water taxi, etc. We had a car but I can see how a car would easily not be needed at this location. Much is within walking distance. We look forward to another stay at this beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super convenient being able to borrow the beach towels, chairs , umbrellas , etc. We took them to the beach every day. The beach cart is super handy. Plenty of towels and beach towels available. Location is super close to beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This home is sparkling clean and so cozy. The location you cannot beat and the pool is beautiful. The hosts were so attentive to anything we needed and checked up on us. Do not hesitate to book this house we truly enjoyed our stay!

This property also has tons of unadvertised accommodations such as pool toys, board games, DVDs, full kitchen appliances including blender, etc. Truly felt like we were getting a unique experience at our home away from home. Communication throughout the entire rental process was outstanding! Our family enjoyed the easy and close beach access. Having the beach umbrella and beach buggy with chairs to take to the beach made our time by the water especially relaxing and comfortable. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice! The house is as shown in the pictures. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a well-equipped, relaxing home just steps from the ocean. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying here again next time we are in Fort Lauderdale.

The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a family, lots of beach towels and lots of bathroom towels. The washer and dryer were both very nice as were the kitchen appliances. Supplies for the beach that were provided were phenomenal. There was a wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and toys for the kiddos. The welcome basket was full of snacks. Cons: The ice maker in the refrigerator made maybe 10 ice cubes per day. There was no salt in the kitchen and the freezer had leftover groceries from the last renters. The pool wasn’t heated nor is it in a private location. It is in full view of everyone passing by. There were 4 of us in the rental and there wasn’t enough hot water for showers in the evenings. Overall it was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay.
